Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Belsea Hotel. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer waren sauber und die Lage ist sehr angenehm. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Nähe zum Meer, die ruhige Atmosphäre und die schöne Umgebung.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und sehr lecker. Wir haben im Hotel nicht zu Abend gegessen, daher können wir nur das Frühstück bewerten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit!

Cons:

Was uns nicht gefallen hat: Im Zimmer gab es keinen Wasserkocher, was wir etwas vermisst haben.

Heel goed hotel waar het prima vertoeven is.
Pros:

ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar goed verzorgd. ligging is geweldig, personeel is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. kamer werd keurig schoongemaakt. zwembad was schoon en fris. uitzicht is prachtig vanaf balkon. (zie foto)

Cons:

kastdeur was kapot, maar andere deur werkte wel. luide muziek bij het zwembad en vaak herhaling van dezelfde muziek. op mijn vraag of het iets zachter mocht werd positief gereageerd. ik heb een stoel gemist in de kamer en op het balkon.

Amazing and friendly staff, Sercan was the best and helpful, they treated us like in family but with discretion and professional skills.Both languages speaking English and Russian.The hotel is really nice in a wonderful garden and close up to the beach, 5 minutes walking.Very cold air-conditioning,big rooms and balcony, swimming pool

Cons:

I would like to have a colder fridge...For the rest it has been all perfect!

hotel gives false information about room facilities.
Pros:

I chose this hotel because there is a beach near hotel. You can walk there, distance is about 750 meters and it is free 24/7 open. There is parking for a car. Nice view from pool and breakfast room. We got a room with a mountain view. Neighbourhood is silent, only noise comes from the hotel bar and restaurant are – loud music constantly on.

Cons:

I booked a room with washing machine, because I was traveling with hand luggage only, and wanted to wash my clothes and reuse them But none of these amenities, which are listed in the room description, were there: Washing machine, Ironing facilities,Clothes rack, Drying rack for clothing.


They offer laundry service for 6 €/ load, but it is expensive. I would like to wash white and dark clothes separately, and cotton and delicate clothes separately.
Bed linen was not clean but had stains. I am not sure if they wash bedspreads between clients. Instead of duvet they use a bedspread, because it is too warm to sleep under duvet and duvet cover, which is ok. But the bedspread had stains from coffee and something else.
Clothes closet door was broken and I couldn’t use the closet. I texted to reception that it is broken, and they answered simply “ok.” Ok what? It is not ok, that we can’t hang our clothes to closet, but need to store them in my bag pack.
Breakfast is very simple. There are same items every day. Butter was spoiled, because it was very warm weather and they don’t have any cooling system for breakfast items.

Un hotel excelent cu proprietari dedicați și profesioniști.Afost o plăcere să locuiesc în acest hotel minunat.Multumesc Belsea Hotel pentru două săptămâni de neuitat.

Дякую за проживання.Такому готелю,потрібно внести трьох разове харчування.Це одне,щоб я хотіла на наступний раз побачити.Цьому готелю потрібно присвоїти 4 зірки ,а не 3.

В целом неплохо,за свою цену достаточно достойно.
Pros:

приятный вежливый персонал,комнаты неплохие,матрасы удобные,вид из окна прекрасен,завтраки включены

уборка никакая,полы не мыли,не пылесосили,не подметали,полотенца не меняли,раковину не мыли(в раковине плохо уходила вода поэтому видны были следы ее использования ),зачем заходили вообще в номер тогда-непонятно,чтобы постель застелить и мусор выбросить?ок.Отсутствие сушилки или хотя бы каких то веревок на балконе,в курортном городе на море,где всегда есть мокрые полотенца,купальники и т.д.нет сушилок-это странно...В шкафу только одна вешалка.Путь к морю лежит через трущобы и мусорники.

Все було просто чудово й я вже планую повернутися
Pros:

Чудовий персонал, неймовірні краєвиди, просторий номер з балконом, неподалік від моря, турецький сніданок

Cons:

Трохи треба звикнути до ввімкнення краника на гарячу воду (але це зовсім не критично з тими плюсами, що отримуєш)

Location, pool, outside area garden, value, family business , basic breakfast but enough,

Cons:

Staff speaks Turkish only, but we had google translation and they tried their best.
Room service once in 6 nights stay, we had to ask for it.

War zum Starnd 200 m entfernt

Cons:

Lange wartezeit bis wir ins zimmet durften.
Es war noch nicht gereinigt.Daher mußten wir 2,5 h warten und durften nicht iş zimmer.
Der Betrag war nicht das was man gebucht hat sondern da haben Sie mit dem Aktuelen kurs nachgerechnet.
