Alloggio pulito, comodo al centro, bella vista sul mare.
La reception non é sempre disponibile, quindi è difficile comunicare con qualcuno in caso di necessità. Non parlano inglese il che complica le cose. L'alloggio era per 6 persone ma le stoviglie non erano sufficienti così come shampoo e carta igienica.

The location was good and the apartment had all that we needed.
We had to move to another apartment one floor down due to a 'booking system error' which was annoying as we had booked the same apartment for the whole time. The staff weren't particularly helpful or offered any compensation for the inconvenience.

Номер был не готов к заявленному времени, на ресепшен никого нет, надо звонить вызывать, хотя зачем-то интересуются во сколько мы приедем. Посуда в ограниченном количестве, кастрюльки маленькие, сковородки уставшие, но самое главное отсутствие микроволновой печи.

Badezimmer : ganz starker Schimmel, dessen Geruch sich leider in der gesamten Wohnung verbreitet hat.
Temizlik konusunda yeterli değil, mutfağı hiç bir şekilde kullanamadık, başta kettle olmak üzere pek çok malzemenin değişmesi şart. Banyonun da yenilenmesi gerekiyor, tuvalet kağıdı eksik/yetersiz, misafir aayısına göre banyo malzemesi yetersiz, kanepe hijyen değil, yetkiliyi görmeniz şans, dış kapı sürekli açık (bir taş ile açık bırakılıyor), 7 gece konaklıyorsunuz sadece 1 kez temizlik hakkınız var, onda da anahtarı kapıda bırakmışlar!

Very comfortable accommodation. Close to the beach and old town
We had a great stay in Kaş. The apartment was very nice for 4 people and had everything needed in the kitchen and laundry. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Everything is walking distance from the building. The manager was very responsive and addressed some concerns we had very quickly and was very nice about it.
An excellent place to stay. Beautiful views, high standard of furnishings, very clean, well equipped kitchen. Faultless! Highly recommnded.
On the positive side, a good location, the bed is comfy and it has good air conditioning.
Upon arrival there was nobody there to greet us, we were eventually let into a room (which I later found out had been an upgrade). But there was absolutely no information, we didnt know the wifi code, there were only 2 plates, and 1 cup in the kitchen, but given that this was a room that could potentially sleep 3 people, only 1 cup was a bit of a joke. Eventually I Whatsapped the number on our documentation & spoke to the owner's sister, who was very kind. I asked where the safe was (there wasn't one) but 10 minutes later, she brought one to us. Despite her kindness in doing this, my concern was that if the safe could be carried in and was clearly not anchored, that a thief could just lift the safe up and carry it out again. Given that the "reception" got opened and nobody ever manned it, I noted on several occasions that the key cupboard in reception (containing all of the keys to all of the apartments) was just open - anyone could help themselves to our spare room key and just let themselves in. The apartment block did have some cameras, but if all of our valuables HAD been stolen, by a thief who simply let himself in, or a thief that carried away the safe, I am not sure that the apartment's owner would have accepted any liability, despite them have a recording of it.
There was a serious problem with black mould all over the ceiling of the bathroom in room 103, it also smelt mouldy. We hadn't realise this until day 2 (having only arrived in the evening of Day 1,). We should have complained and asked to be moved, but honestly after the inauspicious start we decided to just live with it, but there is a serious ventilation issue in room 103 that need to be addressed.
If you address the security issue, the mould in the bathroom, add it a decent number of cups & some arrival instructions the apartment would score better.

Property is located a few flights of stairs to the small pebble beach and town. Great location!
If you are driving, please beware that parking is hard to find and the designated parking area is always full so we end up having to park far from the property.
Shower area could be cleaner, the paint was coming off the ceiling.
