Good value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast-Food (sausage) was not fully cooked. Attendant was on the computer in computer room instead of attending to breakfast.

This place was not as bad as some of the reviews,but not great.
Pros:

We stayed here because it was close to the ball fields we was playing at, but not much else around, McDonalds across the street, one shell station amd sub way, very old place, no elevator. Check in was easy, front desk folks were just ok, they seemed to be gone most of the time, way over priced, but the tv amd the ac worked. Tiny breskfast room, opens at 7, most open at six, very avg at best.

Dirty, disgusting, not at all like the photos
Pros:

Do not stay at this property! The entire building is filthy, it reeks like cigarette and marijuana smoke. The pool is filled with visible debris, hair and what looks to be shredded toilet paper. This hotel is a health hazard and needs to be closed down.

Cons:

Everything. We ended up having to leave and I am still currently fighting booking.com for my money back. I HIGHLY recommend not using booking.com either.

Pros:

The staff was very courteous and friendly on the phone. When I asked about the security deposit and if it was for a pet, they said no, but omitted the fact that there was a non-refundable $60 pet fee. This was a total surprise. They need to be up front with that.

Cons:

They were also having staff problems (housekeeping) and we found medication (pills) on the floor that the puppy could have got ahold of. Two of the three lamps were blinking on and off. Just very disappointed with the we rooms.

Pros:

The night staff was phenomenal.

Cons:

The bed was like sleeping on the ground. The shower would go from hot to cold and back multiple times during a 15 minute shower.

There was no hot water slamming doors all night and the wifi didn't work front desk tried to resolve issue management was horrible

Comfortable, clean accommodations. Nothing fancy. Breakfast was okay.
Pros:

VERY CLEAN EXCEPT ENTRYWAY. Bed very comfortable.

Cons:

WE had a lot of trouble with our card keys. Numerous times we had to have staff open our door. Very annoying!
