The stay was tolerable, but unfortunately will not be booking with them again.
Pros:

The property needs some serious repairs and upgrades. Security was not good. The outside door that you’re supposed to use a keycard to entered was broken.

Cons:

The jacuzzi tub in the king suite didn’t really work and the tub itself was filthy. The housekeeper never changed the sheets the entire stay, even though the bed was completely unmade.

They advertise an included breakfast in the price. Our first morning there was no breakfast. The door handle to our room broke and we couldn’t get in till the clerk came to help us. The clerk had her dog playing on the desk at the front door. The property is rundown. I would pass this one by.

The place is nasty we did not stay we left asked for a refund from booking.com. There was shopping carts in the yard bicycles propped up on building grass was ankle deep building smells like mold

The bed wasn’t properly cleaned. There was like sand at the foot of the bed. Honestly the whole hotel needs up to date renovations.

Pros:

Room reeked of smoke. Very dirty. I Asked to move rooms and front desk lady said they’re all the same. Spoke with manager Jessica the following morning who said she couldn’t offer any compensation because I booked through hotels.com. Columbia Inn doesn’t have a website so that’s why I booked online. Hotel.com tried to get me my money back and was advised there’s no refunds. Beware! Avoid this place like the plague!!!
