Pros:

The staff was friendly and beds comfortable. Place was still getting touch ups but the staff apologized for the mess. Which there wasn't. We had a patio we could sit at. Had to extend our stay 1 night and they made it easy. The restaurant connected was great.

Getting in and out of the parking.

Very disappointed for the money.
Pros:

Not much other than the beds were good and the front desk was understanding.

Cons:

They put us in a room on a floor with major remodeling going on...severe noise from tools and workers. Major dust and debris every where. Talked with front desk and they were able to move us down the hall and away from the major construction. Room was cold and stark. furniture uncomfortable and arranged strangely. TV not comfortably viewed from couch, etc, Felt unfinished...towel racks missing, baseboard missing, burnt out light bulbs. For the money it sucked.

The beds were so high I had ti jump to get on the toilets so low to the ground I had too hold on to the tub and vanity to get up there was a constant noise in the bathroom ...and we had asked for a ground floor room and were told this was possible but were put on the. 3rd floor ...

Overall this is a nice place to stay and I would stay here again.
Pros:

This was our first stay at this location. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. I could not have the breakfast due to my appointment at Mayo that morning, but it seemed like there was some good options to choose from.

Cons:

The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty, but I had brought my own from home. The shower faucet was loose from the tub. But otherwise I had not problems with the room. It was very clean.

It was very convenient having a restaurant attached to the hotel after long days at Mayo.
Pros:

It was adequate. Not much for GF diet. The time breakfast was available was convenient.
