I was able to find it even in a blizzard. Staff was very helpful and it was clean. It was located near restaurants and other businesses. The breakfast was fine.
The pool area needed some attention. It looked very worn. There was rust. A paint job will help.
The only serious bummer is the chemicals in the hot tub where I spent approximately 20 min. Took so much color from my new bathing suit that it went from brilliant emerald to dull army green. My two sterling silver ring also became tarnished. I don’t know if they can be repaired. Obviously the chemicals were not attended to properly and that can’t be healthy for humans either. Yikes!
Oh, one last thing, not crucial but could help. The room could have been much more esthetically pleasing if the art on the walls was were spaced
properly and wasn’t super cheap looking.
Very comfortable bed.
The hot foods offered for breakfast were not that great. It consisted of sa scrambled egg of some type and heated pressed ham. You could make a waffle or a bowl of oatmeal. The eggs and ham did not look real appealing.

Breakfast was good!
pool area needs a little fixing and cleaning up.
Waffles were good.
Not many choices for breakfast, really small area, had to eat and get out so others could eat. No curtains on the windows, had the sun in my eyes. The brand of orange juice is not good at any of your locations. The hot tub was not hot, and not working properly. The jets were all broken and not facing the right way. The floor in the room was dirty and even had leaves on it. What's up with the wet, slippery floor on the way to the pool? Someone could really get seriously hurt.
Our room had a very noisy heater that cycled on and off every 2 minutes all night long. Even with it “off”. It was hardwired so we couldn’t just unplug it. I mentioned to the front desk at checkout so hopefully it was fixed afterwards. The pool and hot tub area looks nice in the photos, but in reality is in very rough shape.
The man who checked us in couldn’t even look up from his phone while greeting us. There are better options in Rochester.
Location is not far from the Mayo Clinic, which is wonderful. You also aren't far from the mall or shopping, which was great too. Location, really, was our only positive of the trip.
We were in room 402. Loved that we were away from the elevator! The shower sounded like it was screaming when you had it on. That or it sounded like a 90s dial up modem. It was a screeching sound. If you had the shower half emptying to the bottom to the tub, it stopped that noise. Right when we checked into our room, maybe 4 minutes into getting into the room, a maintenance man entered our room, no knock, nothing. It was really alarming to be laying on the bed and someone walk right into the room. He assumed the room was empty nevada on his list it was. Totally understand this, but it still freaked us out. He checked both of the smoke alarms and then left. We walked down to the pool and someone asked if we had something to drink, we said no. He offered us weed if we gave him something to drink. He was just hanging out in the corridor and the vibes were absolutely off. Our room was fairly clean except for the windowsill on the air conditioner. It had two different ladybug skeletons on top of it. The room itself was clean. In the bathroom, the toilet handle would stick when you try to flush. Thinking about the front desk on either end of our check in/ check out, Neither of the attendants were kind or helpful. I understand this is a budget property, but for 100 bucks, I guess I expected a tiny bit more.
Breakfast fine, room clean 👌
They didn't plow the lot so we could leave but kicked us out of the room and made us wait 1.5 hrs in lobby until they plowed. When I asked when the plow would be there earlier in the day they offered me a shovel;(
