Will never stay here again. The bathrooms are just not kept up.

The staff was super friendly and really great compared to so many places these days.

Cons:

Ok, the bathroom in our room was just awful. The toilet literally sprays water out on the floor and onto the person standing there if you hold the handle down even 1 split second too long. The tub was plugged when we got there and the door to the bathroom is swollen and doesnt close or open. The bed was too hard. It's the bathroom that did it and the round about getting to the hotel is just crazy stupid. The food was almost gone every time I went down and when it was there it's just not cooked enough.

We were there for an event with family, always enjoy getting together at the hotel.
Pros:

Very nice breakfast and area, enough room to sit and visit with family. Lobby is very nice, attractive. Rooms are nice, they are currently renovating to update them, which does need to be done every few years. Our family has stayed at this hotel for years.

Cons:

They are currently doing some renovating some rooms, but they should really consider replacing toilets, ours was a very low one, I call it a kindergarten size, they should have tall ones in all rooms. No adult can sit down that low. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but with MNDot when the road was redone out front, you can no longer see the hotel or signage from the road and getting off and finding the entrance to the hotel is very complicated if you were new to the area.
