Hotel doesn’t clean your room, you have to request it even if you’re on extended stay and it’s been a week+. Front desk is never there during the day or answers the phone and good luck getting anything mailed here if needed.

Room was clean. Need to placd carpet. Water pressure in shower was not great.

The overall stay was fine for the price point. Staff was friendly at check-in, the breakfast seemed pretty normal for a continental breakfast, no complaints there. The room was pretty clean, though you can tell there are areas that could be updated.

Only con-the pool was closed so we had a very upset toddler who just wanted a swim. This wasn't mentioned on Expedia, otherwise we would have just stayed somewhere else.

Yes!!! Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy were hot and delicious!!! The suite was very spacious. Bathroom floor was dirty- had long black hair in the corners. The tub didn’t drain very fast. It could use a few updates.

Property is showing it's age and could've been cleaner. But friendly staff, good coffee (even late in the evening) in the lobby, decent breakfast, comfortable bed. Fine, but not great.

Requested refund before unloading luggage into room. Room was filthy. Bedspread had numerous nasty stains and room walls had obvious mold and water damage issues. Hair in bathtub and commode rim dirty. Pictures were taken as proof. I explained that my sister had just had heart surgery and lung issues and absolutely could not be exposed to these conditions. The health department should be alerted.

The guy at the front desk made us feel welcomed and gave us friendly and helpful service. The complimentary breakfast was nice to have but eggs, biscuits, and sausage could be served at a better/warmer temperature.

The hotel room was one of the worst I've ever stayed at. In the shower, there was mold everywhere. Additionally, it was very clear that no effort was being made to update the rooms. The hotel receptionist was also the person to clean the rooms. I will never stay at this hotel again. If I had had other options, I wouldn't have left and paid for another room.

I had to go get my own towels. Breakfast biscuits were hard as hockey pucks and the gravy was cold and the cafe had only been open for 30 minutes.

My family and I checked in quite late after a long day of traveling. The instant we checked into our room, there was an intense smell but we just let it go because we couldn’t identify what it was. We started setting up for the night when my son attempted to take the pull out couch out. Upon doing so, he asked what something was on the couch. Clear as day, the mattress on the couch had rust stains and a giant section of mold. We went down to the front desk and they gave us a new room, which we were very appreciative of. Unfortunately this room not only had mold on their pullout couch too, there was mold on the walls (it was not dirt) and on the window curtains. He attempted to put us in another room but again it was the same. We were told we would get a refund but it would be taken care of the next day when the manager was on property. There was no way we could stay on property with little children. Unfortunately, after going back and forth between Expedia and them, they are refusing to give us a refund. If you have little children, allergies, or sensitivity’s to mold, don’t stay here.

Our room was fine. The king bed had a memory foam mattress. It was so comfortable. I slept about 9 hours. I usually sleep 5-6 hours. The air conditioner in the room was awesome. Ice cold just as we like it. The breakfast was typical but not bad. The clerk at check in was extremely polite. TV was good. Lots of channels to choose from. The clerk at check in was great. Very polite!

The negatives: The water was just barely lukewarm. Cold showers are no fun! The comforter had blood stains or dried fresh blood on it. Hard to know which but, if you can’t bleach it out, toss it. Nobody wants to be exposed to that.

Terrible hotel, had to switch from not 1 room but 3 different rooms with stains, and mold on carpets ceilings bed sheets. Plus one phone line in one room cut

Clean and it was quiet

The propery uses stock photos for their examples. Our room had red stains on the carpet, crumbs on the couch and a used wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain. We would not stay here again.

Would not recommend! stains on carpet stains on bed no fire alarm, all around dirty! I will never book again. The road noise was extremely loud. It had a weird smell, and the access card pad to the side door was broken, and the elevator felt unsafe.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Says has an indoor pool doesn’t tell you that the pool is out of order on the website with no date of it being repaired. Rooms are dirty looking and in disrepair. Definitely not the photos they show you on the website! Shower sends water all over the floor out of the shower. Would never have gotten rooms here had we known, should have done more research. Will never stay here again, would never recommend anyone else stay here either!!!

Really a good bargain if you are looking for a comfortable place to kill the night. Rooms are clean and straight forward. Front desk was polite and nice, got me checked in under a minute. The parking lot for big truck is ok if you come first. The food is good.

Frontdesk girl “tara” was very friendly and helpful during my stay at the motel . She made check-in easy and answered all my questions with smile.overall,she provided great customer service and made me feel welcome.her positive attitude stood out.

Not a good experience. The entrance drive way is more of a collection of pot holes than asphalt which should have been a clue. Eggs run out during breakfast and food area was very dirty and the attendant was too busy on her phone to care. Message light was on in the room and front desk told me to just unplug the phone. The card swipe on the read door was damaged beyond repair. Pool was not working and overall housekeeping is not good. Front desk person does not enjoy his work and the level of customer service is very poor. Rooms are hard to get with the Chiefs starting training camp in town this week but avoid this hotel until there are new owners. The current owners have no pride in ownership.

The worst Quality Inn I have ever stayed in. The room was musty, the door lock needed fixing and the tv had only one channel. I was told nothing could be done until the next day until the manager was there and by that time I would be checked out. In addition the breakfast was cold.
