Quiet, clean and comfortable. Had a wonderful nights sleep. Nice breakfast and front desk friendly and efficient.
The hotel room is awful. It smelled like mold, the bathroom was tiny, the spout dripped, and I had the worst sleep of my life.
The breakfast was good
The hot tub wasn't working and there wasn't nothing on their website about it being closed due to maintenance. The whole hotel was hot, including the room even with the air all the way down. The beds were about as comfy as the floor.

That they thought that I checked out even though I hadn't. Came in my room and cleaned everything out.

stayed here this weekend and checked out today with my one-year-old, and unfortunately it was completely not worth the price. The room was very dirty when we arrived, which is unacceptable, especially with a small child. The lights were flickering, making it feel unsafe and poorly maintained. The bathtub was already broken, and I had to report it because it cut my child’s toe — something that should never happen in a hotel room.
The AC and heat also weren’t working properly. My room was right next to a public restroom, and whenever the heat was on, the room smelled absolutely terrible, so I had to keep it at a minimum just to tolerate the smell. On top of that, there were so many people screaming in the hallways that it was ridiculous and made it very hard to rest.
The only positives were the food, which was good, and the bed was comfortable at times. Other than that, the experience was very disappointing and not what I expected for what we paid. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Just don't base you stay on the pool or hot tub being open for kids, exercise, etc. Call first to ask. The other amenities and cleanliness were fine.
The 2nd room was nice and everything worked and was comfortable.
The pool was shut down & we were not aware, with Grandkids it would have been great. Our 1st room the AC didn't work, and the toilet was clogged. The hooks had been torn out of the bathroom wall and then patched over.
Worst was the instant coffee at breakfast. Really Bad.
This was the worst Comfort Inn we have ever stayed at.
It is our favorite brand of hotels.

Easy access to major highway. The staff made me feel very comfortable. The fresh cooked cookies in the evening were a great touch!
Staff was good, breakfast was a good variety.
The area itself is just bad. Lots of homeless around which I understand isn’t the hotels fault. The pool area wasn’t very clean and had blood on the floor near the pool. People at the hotel Nextdoor (think it’s used to house the homeless) were fighting in the middle of the night. The general area is just not good and I wish I would have realized before booking this location.
