DON'T!! I booked this room specifically for the pull out. 2 adults and 3 children (daughter and grandchildren). The pull-out mattress was shredded and stained. We requested a different room and was given identical room on ground floor. My daughter woke up in the middle of the night itching and had welts. After looking at her arm and searching the mattress, we found a bug. I took pictures and went to the front desk, showed what was discovered, and put anti-itch creme on it. I was told to have housekeeping clean the room and to speak to the manager when she comes in about 2:30p.m (It was not about 4am). After speaking with the manager, she asked why we weren't moved into another room? She said she would adjust the rate for the inconvenience of moving. The room we were given did not have a pull out but a chair and ottoman. My grandson said he was ok with that. We stayed again in the good room. The total nights stayed were 3 the reduction in rate that was given 5 days later was $60.00. Yes, the bug was saved and housekeeping threw it away. I am NOT a complainer and travel often. This location had a drained hot tub and small pool. I Will not choose Choice hotels anytime soon and definitely NOT this location. We st1ayed the last 2 days of July and the first day of August 2026.

Took me an hour to get checked in and 2 rooms later, we finally got settled. Front desk worker was having issues with internet but all she would say was "It's not working", "It's just not working". There was no attempt to try to solve the problem or inform us what the problem was. I tried inquiring to see if any of us waiting could help solve her problem because we were all waiting to check in and I was told not to yell at her (but I was definitely NOT yelling). I finally got her to tell us it was an internet issue, so I offered her a hotspot connection to see if that would allow her to get everyone checked in as now there were multiple guests waiting to check in. I know customer service is not an easy profession, but the more transparent you are, the better you are - some people genuinely want to help you out.

Front desk staff attitude was basically to bad so sad. Not the kind of response that you want especially when the reason for the trip is for the. Loss of 3 family members.

The lobby and breakfast area was too warm for comfort. Hot tub was empty. Pool area had an annoying continuous buzzing sound.

Even though it was a little older it had been remodeled and was well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and had a good mattress and slept great. A/C was good and quiet. Location good to get around town easily and lots of restaurants in the area

Clean and comfortable room. Couldn't hear highway traffic from the Interstate. Nice breakfast both in choices and preparation.

If you have the option, stay anywhere else. They were fumigating rooms when we left. The smoke smell is everywhere. It’s very dated. I made the reservation here by mistake.

Only reason I booked this hotel was the hot tub. Has not been workimg for some time now and they apparently have no intentions to fix.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Had a wonderful nights sleep. Nice breakfast and front desk friendly and efficient.

The hotel room is awful. It smelled like mold, the bathroom was tiny, the spout dripped, and I had the worst sleep of my life.

The breakfast was good
