The bed was comfortable and the room was big.

Cons:

There were ants in our room. They were all over the tables where I set all our stuff. So they got into my lunchbox and all over our snacks. I had to throw them all away. They were also in our clothes that I sat on the table and a few made their way to the bed and shower.

Pros:

There was breakfast that I did not try due to issues with my stay

Cons:

From the get go we were over charged. The man at the desk overcharged us on accident. We had to call our bank to get that figured out. He also overcharged the person in front of us. Second our door to our room was broken. It would not lock. We found out it did not lock around 1am. When we told the lady at the desk in the morning she was rude and not helpful

Horrible experience

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Average hot breakfast

We didn't have hot for the Jacuzzi room. Staff couldn't do anything about it. The front desk said it was because the hotel was booked out. The room phone didn't work. Front desk told me to use my cell phone. When I eventually called the front desk using my phone.... nobody answered! The TV didn't work. Check in was at 3pm. We were on on the 6th floor.i had to come downstairs back and forth 6 times to get different remote control for the TV and none of them worked! They didn't send staff upstairs to look at the TV issue until 9pm. And he couldn't get it to work and didn't speak any English. We paid 245.00 for one night so we were pissed. Very disappointed. Staff should have immediately been of assistance. Terrible experience for us. Can't speak for anyone else. 1st cool water Jacuzzi experience I've ever had!!!!! And yes I did it anyway. Emailed properties manager for a refund or partial reimbursement. Hadn't heard back yet.
