We had a pretty big room for a family of 3 people, there was enough space for our luggage. Great location of the hotel, just next to the main bus station and port and in the ideal city center. Very comfortable beds and good breakfast. Overall very good value for money.
The coffee maker in the room wasn't cleaned after the previous guests and no coffee spoons or sticks, but not a big deal, there was a good coffee for the breakfast. Light switches in the room definitely need some maintenance. No other compaints.

Too expensive for what I have gotten. But it served the purpose.
Morgenmaden er som altid fantastisk . Både vaffler og pandekager. Der var chokolade musli en af dagene.
Der blev ikke fyldt op i morgenmadsbuffeten..en dag med chokolade musli og da det var væk, blev det aldrig fyldt op igen. Var der heller ikke dagen efter.
Samme med chokolade kagen..den forsvandt også på dag et og så kom den aldrig igen.
Morgenmaden og personalet.
Morgemadsbuffet mangler hele tiden noget. Der går længe inden det bliver fyldt op..nogen gange bliver det ikke fyldt op..

Es war ein sehr gemütliches Hotelzimmer für ein paar Tage mit einer tollen Lage direkt im Zentrum.
Es war sehr sauber. Das einzige was eventuell gefehlt hat, war ein Wasserkocher.
Das Frühstück war sensationell. Es hatte für alle etwas, egal ob süss oder salzig, mit einer grossen Auswahl (inkl. glutenfrei und vegan).
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Breakfast was excellent. Hospitable staff. Allowed us to use the lounge after check out.
Fantastic location, just minutes from the ferry dock, and town centre. Room was decent. Beds very comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and staff were very quick to oblige. Breakfast was extensive and tasty.
For what you get, price was expensive, but then most hotels in Tromso are the same. Peak time for breakfast should be avoided. It was bedlam

I stayed at this hotel in March during a visit to Tromsø. The location is convenient and the hotel itself is generally well maintained.
However, I would like to share one detail for the sake of transparency for future guests. I booked a “Standard Room – No View” through Booking.com, but the room I received was noticeably small, with the bed placed against the wall and only accessible from one side. The window was also positioned in a sloped attic roof.
This layout appeared quite different from the standard room - No View photos presented on the Booking page and felt closer to compact room - No view photos presented on Booking page.
When I mentioned this to the front desk the following morning, the staff member indicated that the bed in the standard room is typically not placed against the wall. I also contacted the hotel through the Booking messaging system but unfortunately did not receive a response.
In the end, Booking.com kindly stepped in and provided partial compensation for the situation.
Overall the stay itself was fine, but I would recommend that guests pay close attention to the specific room layout when booking, as room configurations may vary.
