Great breakfast buffet and staff, parking situation not ideal
Pros:

Staff at Quality Hotel Saga were great and helped provide us with extra towels and resolved issues like our keycard not working very quickly. 24/7 front desk was helpful for late nights coming back from aurora-chasing. Location was good too, in the middle of Tromsø and easy walking distance to the major shopping streets and ports.

The breakfast buffet is comprehensive and features a variety of Norwegian specialties, including brown cheese and smoked salmon, as well as a variety of hot and cold items, sweets, tea, coffee and breads. Given how expensive Norway is, recommend taking full advantage of the food.

Cons:

Parking in the private garage costs a whopping 295NOK per night. The garage was tiny, underground and difficult to squeeze in with a larger car (Toyota Rav4), and you had to run out to the front desk to get them to open the door every time. Our room had a number of large flies in there when we entered that we had to get rid of, from the open window and room was still quite small for two large suitcases.

Muy buen lugar para explorar Tromsø y agencias cercanas de tours de auroras
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena para el tour de las auroras y en general para visitar la ciudad. Los buses 40 e 42 tienen paraderos relativamente cerca al aeropuerto. El desayuno es bastante variado. Tiene elevador. Las habitaciones tienen calefacción, lo que es importante en está época del año con temperaturas cerca a cero grados. La habitación doble es razonablemente espaciosa y la vista desde el piso 7 es buena para intentar ver auroras.

Cons:

El box de vidrio del baño no llega hasta el suelo, entonces sale un poco el agua al ducharse, aunque no es tanto, o sea no llega a inundarse. A pesar de eso ciertamente me alojaria de nuevo, pues la habitación está en buena posición para ver auroras.

We love e location of hotel right at city center near to everything. Breakfast serve 7am to 10am has very good spread for lacto ovo vegetarians. Rooms r clean n reasonable size.
