Nice and helpful.
Pros:

The owner was very helpful and the breakfast excellent.

Cons:

It was a little off the main square, further away than expected. The hot and cold water was unpredictable and our friends stayed in a room that was freezing.

Nice town San Miguel
Pros:

The breakfast was great we had fruit, and eggs and ham, toast, yogurt and lots of coffee or tea or juice.
Room was large two doubles, we went in January so it was a bit cold but the fireplace kept the room warm. The grounds were clean, it had a rooftop patio.
It was an 8 minute walk to the center of town
Lots of restaurants and sites in the area

Cons:

You could not bring alcohol on the premises. Would have been nice to have a glass of wine on the rooftop.

Cumplio con mis expectativas y un poco mas.
Pros:

El desayuno es sabroso y lo mejor la atención personalizada que tienen, se ubica a unas cuadras del centro y 10 minutos caminando, bastante quieto y silencioso para un excelente descanso, la habitación perfecta para descansar y disfrutar de la ciudad.

Cons:

No encontre algo que dijera no me gusto, estuve muy a gusto y con ganas de regresar a este lugar en mis próximas vacaciones.

Se esmeran todos y cada uno a dar la mejor impresión y servicio.

Cons:

El hotel no es muy atractivo como tal, le falta modernizarse un poco. Está impecablemente mantenido, pero se lee nota mucho la edad.

La atención antes de llegada y al check in (Paola, Adrián, Pedro) y los demás que nos atendieron
La ubicación en zona tranquila y se puede caminar al centro de San Miguel en pocos minutos
Disponen de servicio de estacionamiento seguro fuera del hotel (guardan y traen el vehículo a solicitus del huésped)

The offered Private Parking is lot is too far from the property. Fire place uses natural gas which is dangerous.

We would definitely recommend staying at Casa Nare. We would be very happy to return there again.
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff was wonderful. The service was outstanding. The room was far more than we expected. Location was wonderful. Right outside the door is the whole downtown area. Breakfast was delicious and customized to our needs.

Cons:

We spent our time at the hotel during a fall season when the nights were chilly. The heating for the room is a little less than wonderful. It is beautiful fireplace, but difficult to regulate the amount of heat that it puts out.

Ubicación ideal para conocer San Miguel
Pros:

El servicio fue espectacular. Desde antes de llegar y durante toda la estancia. Es un hotel muy acogedor que te hace sentir como en casa. El detalle de desayunar como en familia, un desayuno recién hecho fue muy agradable. Las habitaciones (king) son muy amplias y tienen más de lo que necesitas. También es un plus el estacionamiento incluido, a pesar de que está un poco retirado, pero en San Miguel es como funciona. Sin duda volvería (tomar en cuenta que yo pagué una tarifa con descuento porque no era temporada alta).
