It is away from city center no metro.
When I arrived at the hotel I was swarmed by half a dozen young Arabic men and told to leave, that there were no reservations, that I couldn't stay there. I was afraid for my life and so was the other girl I was there with. Even the taxi driver was scared. Something isn't right with this hotel. The lobby was filled with more young Arabic men in line for something. (not to check in at the front desk). None of them had baggage. They all wore almost identical clothing. Do not trust this hotel.
Não fiquei no hotel, fomos jogados pra fora quando chegamos, porque disseram que estava fechado para uma festa particular, o hotel estava parecendo uma boate, só com homens lá dentro bebendo e ficaram olhando pra minha esposa como se fosse carne, por instantes pensei estar em um pesadelo, pareciam que iriam estuprar minha esposa, ela ficou com muito medo e o lugar é num bairro muito tenebroso, pra chegar passamos por becos e ruas onde havia uma bicicleta elétrica queimada, ou seja lugar onde roubam e usam entorpecentes, péssima experiência não recomendo pra ninguém passar por isso.
Read the reviews. I didn't realize all the negative reviews until I began to experience an unpleasant stay. Doors slamming, fire alarms randomly going off, unsanitary towels were just the beginning. Two days later, the front desk allowed me to cancel the reservation and contact Expedia. The following day, Expedia called and the front desk declined to cancel the reservation. Expedia tried their best but ultimately the hotel would not cancel the reservation leaving me $800 out. Best offer I got from the hotel was a room change, but that doesn't solve the sanitary issues
Paid for a buffet breakfast for the whole family just to find out that it was v limited options no boil egg no fried egg and when asked for fried egg for my little one I was told I’ll be having charged extra! The breakfast and the hotel were no where near a 4 star hotel and this should be reflected in the hotel description . I was shocked to see the breakfast for the price paid as it was the bare minimum and definitely not what you expect from a Mercure hotel!
Very disappointing indeed
Hotel not open closed down due to health & safety issues. Nobody had the decency to let us know. Found out on arrival. Absolutely awful service
Hotel was closed on the day I was due to check in. Although the manager claimed to have notified Expedia - nether hotel or Expedia contact myself before arrival to offer an explanation or arrange an alternative
This was left for me to arrange at time of arrival…….!
Booked a room with a Queen & single bed, yet ended up with a double and an apple underneath the bed!
absolute shambles.
4 vans got broken into and ransacked and a passer by was threatened with a weapon.
Reception didn't give a single care in the world and just watched it unfold.

Very good with reasonable price… except toilet flush need to wait about 5 mins before you can flush again
Kettle in room did not work, over bath shower and plug would not open to drain water, water leaked to bathroom floor, otherwise as required.
It was nice and quiet I will definitely recommend this to my friends and people who I know thank you .
This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and certainly not 4*. Chosen for convenience to Terminal 2 for an early flight it is nowhere near the airport. There is no shuttle bus and the tube ststion advertised nearby doesn't exist. When I eventually arrived late in the evening I was assured at reception there was a regular bus service to the airport outside. In the morning I found out it didn't exist involving another expensive taxi journey. My wake up call failed to happen but fortunately I slept so uncomfortably I was awake anyway. The air conditioning didn't work and the window had been left open presumably to expel smells so the room was freezing. The bathroom was so tiny it was not possible to sit on the loo seat other than at anaekward angle and the shower so small the shower head could not be adjusted to the crntre of the cubicle so you had to bend your head to get any coverage. No minibar and empty fridge did not work and not even a free bottle of water in the room. To cap it all when I showed my Accor loyalty card to credit reward points they told me I would have to email them retrospectively! Nothing was too little trouble for them! Truly awful
Least comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Didn’t get any sleep as mattress sagged making it super uncomfortable. Room wasn’t very clean

The check in was very bad. Only one person. The breakfast tickets a hand broken paper with hand writing

The hair dryer was not working
The room had missing or burned lights
The tv signal was freezing
The room had only two tiny individual beds even when I asked for a 2 person bed and an individual bed
The walls to reach the rooms were ugly
I WANT A REFUND ! The worst hotel I stayed in 15 years traveling.
Close to Heathrow airport. I stay here every time I fly out of London.
