good enough, clean, functional and friendly helpul staff.
Pros:

stay the hotel is clean enough, staff were helpful and friendly, we asked about the radiators not being on and it was fixed. We did not eat at the hotel, there is a high street about 220yards from the hotel so we ate out that night and we had an early start so did not have enough time for breakfast, but looking at it as we were checking out looked fine to us.

A couple of points here it is tired and in need of an update, but is clean, nice, functional if you are expecting a modern Best Western you will be disappointed. If you want a modern Best Western then pay the price point for it!

Was okay but not somewhere I will go again.
Pros:

The bed was great, very comfortable.

Cons:

The room was very small for two people, no space at all, and the bathroom was very old.

Everything you need at great price
Pros:

Convenient - friendly staff , clean rooms, free parking and great to have fridge / microwave and crockery in room - means I can bring my mess as l prep and don’t get tempted my takeaways. Third time visiting- will return !

Cons:

For price excellent value. If it had electric charging - would be even better but got this at Sainsburys’s megastore near by

Room lovely and clean
Excellent value for money
Fridge and coffee making facilities in Room
Reception lady when we arrived was very nice, pleasant and professional

Cons:

There were no side tables next to bed, so nowhere to put your phone or a glass, the plug sockets were high up as well, which were a bit pointless as you couldn't use them

Pros:

I’ve stayed at Sure Hotel several times as it’s conveniently close to the University of Reading. Always comfortable and clean.

Excellent stay as usual
Pros:

The staff as usual are so friendly, warm and helpful. The room is spotlessly clean, everything is comfy, good facilities. Will be staying here again

Cons:

Not a fan of the soap used in the rooms, the kitchenette looked a bit tired (but I’m sure was still functional!)
