Decent for the price.
Pros:

Staff were lovely and really helpful. The room in the coach house was basic but very clean and then Ed very comfortable. The room I had did have a little kitchen with it, a safe and tea and coffee facility. I checked in at 5am and the night porter wasn’t very friendly I have to say but everyone else was fab. Don’t rely on uber. There aren’t many around. Not a huge about of parking.

Cons:

Night porter was stroppy when I arrived at 5am but I had already messaged and been told it was fine, as it was 24 hour check in.

Pros:

Clean, good breakfast very good staff in the morning.

Cons:

Room very hot indeed. There was a fan but window did not safely open. Window very heavy and held open with bolt but didn't feel secure. A bit dated.

Good value and quite comfortable.
Pros:

It was very adequate for a 1 night stop over. Good sized room and convenient location. Plenty of on site parking.

Each and every member of staff we seen, were helpful and friendly and the rooms were very clean and lovely and spacious.
Pros:

It was a lovely size room, comfortable beds and very clean.

Cons:

No air conditioning, although there was a fan and the windows opened. It’s also an old building so understandable why there isn’t any air conditioning.

Old and too expensive for what you get
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Fan in the room. Close to a bus stop, but otherwise far from the city and train station.

Cons:

Old and in somewhat bad/cheap shape. Given that, the price is too high. The shower only gave burning hot water and the problem was not fixed. So I could not shower both days (on one of UK‘s hottest days ever).
