Toiletries offered were nice, room was a small andnt

Elevators were slow. Shower was kind of dirty. Lay out was fine but there was no bedside table, just a weird cubby above your head to charge your phone.

Lots of stores in the area.

Clean room and bathroom, nice to have water pet bottles and the amenities for self serve. Can improve on advice for travel to airport - conflicting input on airport limousine availability which can be solved with a simple notice next to the taxi notice … but always enjoy my stay for the convenience and standard of JR hotels

Super convenient, super clean, easy to check in/out, along with all the expected conveniences that you would expect from a hotel that's actually reasonably priced. What more can you ask for??

Everything are great. The mattress is too hard for someone with back problems, but if your back is okay that should not be a problem. The washing machines are almost always in use though.

As an Otaku staying in Akihabara was genius. I asked them for a view of the Onoden building area and they gave me the best view. The convenience store being in the room was perfect too. We had a great time here

The hotel room was very clean though it is bit smaller than I expected, and would have appreciated more space. Hotel location is very convenient as it is very close to JR station, and there are tons of eating options in the area. Even though our hotel room was facing the street, the hotel room was very quiet and our room was very comfortable. Will come back and stay at this hotel again in the future. Highly recommend this hotel especially for any travellers who would like to fit in any late night gaming.

Excellent hotel! Close proximity to the JR line and Yododashi Akiba. Shops and restaurants galore within walking distance. If you are an anime or video game lover, this is the spot for you! Hotel room while small made excellent use of the space and I did not feel cramped at all considering I am 6‘5“ lol. The queen bed helped immensely which is rare in Japanese hotels. The check-in and checkout process was smooth, and the customer service was excellent. The included breakfast was also delicious and buffet style. I definitely plan on staying here again when I return in the future.

Located right by the Akihabara station with a lovely view of Akihabara! The room was comfortable and cozy, and the amenities were great!

Next to the station with a magnificent view of a busy street. Room was comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Five star hotel. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Room had wonderful amenities and was tight but very comfortable. Restaurant on site was a huge bonus and Starbucks around the corner. Next door to train station making excursions a breeze. Highly recommended

Nice, clean place right in the middle of Akihabara.

Spacious room and bathroom for Tokyo. Easy access to Electric Town, the train station, bakeries, and convenience stores. Hotel was at the train station but was surprisingly quit in the room.

Great hotel in excellent location. Very clean and super friendly. Breakfast is very average but there are so many other options around it’s not an issue.

Nice amenities. Offered chocolate and bottled water. Convenient location just steps from the station's south exit. JR brand is a good value, convenient and clean.

This is the second time we stayed here. Super convenient spot from the airport and also to pretty much everywhere. If you are an anime fan, this place is second to none. Walking down the street, you see tons of anime stuff. Busy but not too crowded.

Right next to JR Akihabara train station. Very convenient. In the heart of Akihabara

Small but clean, modern, quiet. Excellent bath and shower area. Many free amenities, including face masks and bath salts.
