Pros:

It was a good location

Cons:

When we got there. They wanted to change extra. I sent an email 24hr. To let us check in at 11am. That's most check in are. My son got murdered and I was on a budget. But they want to change extra after I sent an email. They said that the never got it. But still charge extra.

Very disappointed of this stay.
Pros:

Price was fair.

Cons:

They hardly had any breakfast items when we went down to get some breakfast. they where out of everything. no Syrup for the waffles. The waffle when it was done, the middle part was was not fully cooked and i could taste dough. My child could not eat cereal because they didn't have any Milk. food items the only thing they had was patties. (no eggs or sausage). No bread to toast, cream for the coffee or fruit either. We had to ask to get these items and they took long time to get. also rooms where not as clean. Very disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay despite a few bumps
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and fresh. Room was clean but could have used the proper number of bath towels needed for amount of people in room. Had to ask for more,

Cons:

I specifically asked before booking if pool was open and told YES. When we arrived, we were told it was closed and had been for a week already. Very disappointed for grandson. The coffee in breakfast area was horrible. Everyone was complaining. The machine made it so strong that you had to add 1/2 water to it to make it somewhat normal strength. Staff response to complaints were "JUST ADD WATER TO IT!"

The hotel is warm. In the room and hallway. Took several hours to cool down.
Cons:

When I booked the room, the description said 1 king, 2 queens and a twin. Upon arrival, I find out it’s just two queens. I should have known that was too good to be true.

Ok, but I would make a different choice next time.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was pretty standard (fewer options than other hotels). The coffee bar had no fluff- powdered creamer with sweeteners.

This only mattered because I had to be up super early and needed the caffeine. I am not a coffee lover and need it flavored.

Will not be back at this one. I would drive longer.

The room was clean and the shower was great water pressure and hot water great.

Cons:

Your breakfast choose was very disappointing I have had better. And you had no coffee was very sad about that. The hair dryer in the room did not work.

Cons:

No carpet in guest room. Sink cracked. Insufficient hand towels (1). Only available luggage cart had a bad wheel. Tub/shower drain was slow.
