I say in your hotel because my family member is employed there so it brings revenue into your busine
Pros:

There was a disturbance above our room and it started at 10 pm lasted until 345 am Logan was notified 2 times it got worse after each attempt take pictures was told I was too far away like I was being nefarious wasn't happy about it as far as the cleaning crew couldn't ask for better ladies kind of course it was always was told I wasn't going to get my points disappointed that will take my business elsewhere next time

Cons:

The fact that we spent not one but three nights in the hotel and now I'm being told I'm not going to get my points and then the second night we were kept up from 10:00 p.m. till 3:45 a.m. from the noise disturbance about the room have verification of photos that the light above her room was on and still was told I was wrong was disrespected and felt demeaned, anyone who knows who knows better not to do that and all my years are working with the public and never been treated so disrespectfully we'll take my business elsewhere in the near future

Pros:

The staff were wonderful. I brought my dog and everyone was incredibly nice to both of us.
The food was great. Both at the free breakfast and in the bar/restaurant inside the hotel.

Cons:

The room was very dirty. Drips on the front door, hair in the shower and by the kitchenette sink, handprints on the closet door, dead bug on the sink.
My deadbolt didnt work and the door latch didn't work unless you yanked hard on the door.
There were people up from 230am until 330am slamming doors and being loud.

Thr beds were so comfortable

Cons:

One the the housekeepers had her entire family at the pool during the day. They were very disruptive, loud, and had their garbage all over. My youngest daughter was afraid to swim because they were body slamming eachother and dunking eachother in the water. They were very disrespectful to others who were trying to relax and enjoy the pool.

Cons:

Our original room smelled of cigarette smoke. However, the receptionist was very kind and gave us the perfect room, free of cigarette smell.

Good price. Close enough to Parkersburg and other communities. Good stopping point for longer travel

breakfast was ok for a hotel. Good location for where I planned on visiting

Cons:

It's getting tired and ready for a good make over. Hot tub smelled like dirty feet & a_s but it also had a lot of children playing in the pool & hot tub

Pros:

Lobby was beautiful, pool was ok.

Cons:

The pool water not very clean and clear. Had particles floating in water. Water was cloudy. Carpet in room was damp and dirty. Mattress felt like laying on a brick.

Overall a Good Stay
Pros:

The Room was very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. Overall this was a good stay other than a little inconvenience with the AC sound. I would do it again.

Cons:

The Microwave was very outdated. The AC unit fan had a squealing sound that was a bit annoying. The facility itself appears to be an awesome place at one time and could be again, starting to show signs of neglect in areas.

The breakfast

Had to sleep in separate beds because the beds was to small had a clogged toilet and had to unclog it ourselves could smell cigarette smoke and had to wait on staff because they only had one person trying to take care of everything. The hot tub was broken.
