Myself and children was unsafe in our room I would like a refund please

The pool was nice

Cons:

My room was unsafe and a fire hazard. My door you had to hit the knob down to get out you was locked in the room and u able to get out. My room keep wouldn’t work properly, the staff gave me another key when myself and children tried to leave is when I realized we was locked in the room and we had to hit the knob down to even get out of our room. Staff was made aware of this and done nothing about the situation

Definitely mediocre. I personally will not reserve again for next trip

Friendly staff, great location. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Immediately entering our room, found a cockroach. 🥴Bathroom vent sounded like it was about to combust. Pool was super small and crowded.

The wall had writing on it the ceiling had huge water spots we went to use the pool a few times and there was an older gentleman and 4 teenagers blaring music

Good location , very friendly staff

Cons:

The rooms were dirty and kind of run down. No extra towels, blankets, etc were available. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. This place could be very nice but it just wasn’t up to par. I know they’re doing some renovations, but it could definitely be cleaner.
