Property is away from everything. Kinda close to the airport. Hot tub was hot which is nice. The rooms are great. The TV

Property was very clean. Easy to get to.

Cons:

They do take visa/debit for the room and deposit but they take $21 from the deposit just for using that. $30 for an early check in is pretty stupid as well.

I can’t wait to return. It was a great stay. Exceptional.
Pros:

Clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and all essentials are in the room for anyone travelling lite. The staff are very friendly and polite making it a pleasure to interact with them. I could go on but to say any more would be superfluous.

Lovely stay after our long flight. Would recommend.
Pros:

Amazing hotel. Spacious, clean rooms and communal spaces. Just what we needed after 10 hours flying from the UK. Really comfy big bed. Spoilt with big spacious lounge and kitchen. Really good wifi and internet.

Loved the bathroom and views across largely open country to the mountains beyond.

Staff very helpful and luckily suggested we use eSIMs for our phones when using SatNav. Saved us a good CAD100 in roaming fees.

Easy access. Just 20 minutes from the hotel to the centre of Alberta. Same to the airport, and just 1 hour 30 to Banff.

Cons:

At 6:30am it took nearly half an hour of running the taps before we eventually got hot water for our showers. The staff said this was normal at that time of day.

We couldn’t figure out how to use the channels on the TVs. Luckily we had laptops and the wifi was good.
Breakfast was ok. Good variety of cereals, cooked, breads and pancakes but the seating area and furniture is a little ‘tired’.
