Good property, horrible staff for Wedding night

The room was clean and good layout.

Cons:

Staff was super unfriendly.
We made booking through booking.com gor our wedding night. We wrote on the message we would arrive late because we would go after our wedding reception, and that it was for our wedding night. No acknowledgment.
Asked for the possibility to check in late (we assumed it would cost extra) answer was a sharp no.
They almost canceled our booking (notified throughemaol. Not even a phone call, the night before our wedding), because we didn't provide a credit card... (booking didn't ask for one, other wise I would've provide one. When I saw email super late in the evening (as I was busy with wedding preparations) I phoned immediately, staff super unfriendly, I asked do I still have my room? And the answer back was, "as long as you provide a credit card". I provided the card numer, and asked if there was anything else, staff answered with a sharp no, and hang up on me. No thank you, no nothing.
Extremely unpleasant, we will not be back, even though the hotel was nice.

Great overnight stay with easy airport access.
Pros:

Great location to the airport. Nice and quiet and faces a large greenspace. Room was spacious and well equipped with kitchen facilities. Gym was good. Bed was comfy. I liked the location.

Extremely clean, good layout, perfect location if you wish to be close to the airport.
Very good value ofr money in Calgary.

Cons:

Bagged coffee in the room was not good.
More equipment in the kitchen would have been better (a salad bowl, a toaster)

Pros:

Excellent Hotel with very well-equipped rooms. Friendly people at the reception. The value you get for your money is very good. One can almost hear the airport, even though it is in the distance.

A really great location with friendly staff, a great price and really comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Beds were comfy, room was clean, comfortable,stocked with everything and very quiet.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I got a message saying my reservation would be cancelled if I didn’t call or arrive by 7 pm. It made me nervous because I almost didn’t see it in time as I was driving. This has never happened to me before with any hotel.
