Pros:

We enjoyed another excellent stay. The rooms are always immaculately clean & well equipped, good breakfast choices even for vegetarians, competent staff & a convenient airport shuttle. Special mention & thanks to driver/handyman Patrick who is extremely friendly & helpful & goes well above job requirements! The location is convenient for a selection of shops/cafes & a huge paddock wonderful for walking after a long flight. We thoroughly recommend this hotel & look forward to our next stay.

Cons:

Although it was not a problem for us on this stay, free airport shuttle only operates 9am to 9pm.

Pros:

Problems i don't like :
-Couldn't sleep all night due to noise (like wood rumbling). Looked outside ,it was windy, maybe some parts of structure need to be secured. I told front desk about this problem at checkout.
- No hand soap bar
- Minor blood stain in one of the pillow cases
