Air conditioning wasn’t working bed bugs

Everything went smooth

Only there 1 night, as just travelling thru. Location was good to the highway, but not any restaurants other than fast food nearby. Room was clean, but dated. Lots of storage areas in the room and hooks/ towel bars. No body wash, just bars of soap. Shampoo and conditions in dispensers. Hair dryer needs updating...kept blowing the gfi and not very strong...even on high. Rugs in room need a good cleaning. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good...just very busy and the server had trouble keeping up. Need a bigger area, with more tables. Ok stay for the price.

The property was clean and dining room staff was very efficient.
Reception at night doesn't seem enthusiastic to assist when we were there. As if I am interrupting/bothering with my inquiries. There was also no ice the time we arrived and even after couple of hours when we checked again.

Room was clean smelled good. Bed and bedding were excellent, shower was good. The breakfast was hot and plentiful in spite of how busy they were. Parking was fine. overall a really good stay at a fair price. I would stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside it’s a little dated and in need of some work but the room itself was immaculate. The bed was super comfortable. Great value!

Très bien pour le prix. Le staff est toujours gentil. Près de l’autoroute ce qui permet de se rendre facilement au métro et aux centres d’achat. Le Starbuck et la station service collé au stationnement sont un plus aussi!

The main lobby was extremely dirty

The patio door lock was broken. The additional charge for two small dogs came to an additional $115.

The breakfast is very good. The only thing about the room is the mirror which hanging on the washroom's door. I feel not safe as easy to fall off.

Drive 6 hours with 2 little kids got there at 9pm. Check in was easy. When we got up to the room it looked clean until my girlfriend walked into the bathroom to bath the kids and notieced the bath tub wasnt clean. We went down to the front desk to let them know and she became very rude and told us that they had no one to clean it and they were sold out. After hearing this my girlfriend asked for cleaing supplies and some rags to clean the bathroom herself the front desk lady told us that we have to wait for her to check other guests in and make a phone call 15 minutes later she returned with a bottle CLR and one rag. Other then that the stay was alright

The property is conveniently located for continued travel. It is old and tired. The room itself was clean and updated, except for the loveseat and drapery. The halls are in need of updating. Please remove the carpet. It
