Comfort Inn Airport East - Ancienne Lorette

We booked 2 queen bed room for the 3 of us. It was comfortable. There is a large supermarket within 5 minutes walk, a shopping complex close by and a few restaurants around. The hotel also offered breakfast. It was great value. The staff was also very helpful.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport, reasonable price and included breakfast. We chose a ground floor room which is 'Level 1' on their booking site. There are only 2 levels.
We arrived late and the receptionist was really lovely and friendly.
There was a McDonald's just next door so we were able to get a late dinner.
The room was HUGE! We had a king bed and a sofa and still SO much room. The bathroom was small, but that was fine, we just needed the shower and toilet (no bath).
The room was simple, however looked like it may have been recently renovated.
The breakfast was very average, however enough to fill me up with bread/toast/muffins plus cereals and yogurt. They also offered eggs, potato and bacon however it looked a bit overcooked so I wasn't tempted to try it.
Choice of apple or orange juice.
Overall I was very happy to stay here at a reasonable rate for a stopover.

The property is clean and beautiful but I had a terrible experience, they never told me abt renovations going on wen I booked my stay and I checked in really late was looking forward to a beautiful sleep only to be woken up early morning with banging and machine grilling just on my window, it felt like everything was in my head it spoiled all my plans as I had to check out by 8;45am so I cld look for another place to rest. Very disappointed I can’t believe I paid for that unpleasant experience.

Front desk staff are so informative and bilingual.
Only about 30 minutes from the Old City....very much worth it

Food option very basic and bed confortable. Could be noise.

Air conditioning does not work well plus very noisy

Just average. Close to airport. No elevator. Several restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast dining area was small & crowded. Not easy to move around to get food to and from table.

The toilet didn’t flush (my husband spent 20 minutes fixing it) and the bathtub didn’t hold water.

Très mauvaise expérience au déjeuner . La salle est vraiment trop petite et il manquait de nourriture . La chambre sentait le moisi, l’évier de salle de bain ne se vidait pas et nous n’avions ni savon ni shampooing.

Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, ça été un peux compliqué avec une personne a mobilité réduite.

Could be cleaner

I complained about this property and the way it is being managed. Staff has got no training. Stay away from this property. Extremely under staffed. No lift. They do not clean the rooms ,even after informing. Refrigerator not working. AC not working. Absolutely awful .

I was disappointed with my recent stay. Housekeeping never came to clean my room during my visit. When I mentioned it at checkout, I was simply told I could have asked for the service—which was surprising, as I expected regular cleaning without needing to request it each day.

More concerningly, someone attempted to enter my room in the early hours of the morning. When I reported this, there was no real follow-up or reassurance from staff, leaving me feeling uneasy for the rest of my stay.

While the location was convenient and staff were polite at checkout, the lack of responsiveness to basic expectations and safety concerns makes me hesitant to stay again or recommend this property.

The staff was amazing helping us plan for our daughter who was traveling alone, made everything easy so we had peace of mind, even gave us a call when she arrived and was checking in. Fantastic!

Would go back there again!!
