Wonderfully good value for hospital visits
Pros:

We were so grateful for a non-hospital bed for the night after 10hrs in Derriford Hospital. We only booked at 7.30pm and only just got there before 9pm to check in, but everything was sorted over the Ring doorbell - excellent!
Everything we needed for an overnight stay & pleasantly warm. Shared bathroom was clean and well equipped.
Mattress just right - not too firm or too soft.
Price was cheaper than taking a taxi home!

Cons:

Our last minute booking meant they hadn't time to clean the room totally, but we were deeply grateful for a clean, comfy bed & tea-making facilities at a really great price.

I had the best 3 nights sleep I’ve had in ages at this location. It was no hassles lovely place.
Pros:

It was a lovely modern place, I couldn’t fault anything about it. The host kept intouch when needed.

Cons:

I unfortunately chose the budget room, it was absolutely fine for anyone, but I had paperwork and a laptop so I should have booked the bigger room. I did speak the the host and she explained how to choose next time.

Pros:

Lovely stay! Would totally recommend! Clean and cosy! The location is further from the city centre but can easily be reached via bus. Close to Dartmoor park entrance! Efficient communication, easy check-in and the place really felt like home from home :)

great place, the hosts are always available to call. had a great nights sleep there too.
Pros:

The room was clean good sized so I could work from the table.
I have stayed at a lot of places but this one is my favourite.
