9
Staff were frequently described as friendly and helpful with quick check-in; however one guest reported a rude manager and poor handling of a refund/complaint, yielding mixed but generally strong service impressions.
Location
9
Mentioned positively: close to restaurants and convenient location; several reviewers cited location as a plus.

Some guests described rooms as large, comfortable and well maintained, while others experienced severe damp/mold odors that required moves — overall room comfort is good but inconsistent due to cleanliness issues.

N’y allez pas, sauf si vous êtes vraiment obligés.
Pros:

Pas grand chose

Cons:

Les cafards, l’absence de réponse quand je l’ai signalé. Le frigo contenant des restes d’autres personnes.

Terrible. Not good.
Pros:

The property might look decent, but when you walk when you are overwhelmed by a strong smell of air freshener you learn why as you get to your rooms and are overwhelmed by damp mold and mildew smells. The staff was friendly and tried to help.

Cons:

The fact that every room smelled like mold, mildew and soured wet water. It was horrible. We asked why and no one knew. They blamed it on “pour housekeeping”. They tried to move us to 6 different rooms. And ultimately we had to leave the hotel to go to a different hotel entirely and the hotel only wants to refund 1 room instead of the 2 we booked even though we didn’t stay at the property at all. The manager was very rude.

I would totally recommend this place and would book it again if I was in the area and needed a room.
Pros:

Room was quite large, comfortable well maintained and clean. The breakfast was good with a nice assortment of foods and beverages.

Cons:

The price of the room was a more money than booking .com had said when I booked the room.
