Excellent, convenient location at very reasonable price.
Pros:

Excellent check-in time - 2:00PM. I booked 2 rooms and one was ready at 12PM when we got there. Location is great. Within 7 - 10 min walk you are at 2 different tube lines and many choices of buses. I mean it is not literally "in the center" of London, but within 10 - 30 mins you can get anywhere in the center. Hyde Park is also 10 minute walk. I also think the price is great for London. I stayed 9 nights. I used the "Central Wash" launderette, under 1/4 mile from the apt. I did my own laundry but I could have used laundry service. Room was very clean; old but in charming way with no dust, dirt and hidden crud.

Cons:

Tiny single room I had which in itself is no problem, but it was a very tight squeeze getting into shower stall, and really nowhere to put and KEEP open up luggage. I would have loved a mini fridge but not a deal breaker for me. And this has nothing to do with service- I mean they can't change the size of the rooms. Possibly if you book a single see if there is a "big" one. I had room 401. My daughter had 403 and it was smaller! Could barely get past sink to get into the shower.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit Lift!

Cons:

ONLINE-CHECK-IN und ONLINE-CHECK-OUT (kompliziert)! Muss ja nicht sein! Habe es auch nicht gemacht!

situation géographique , petite chambre mais suffisante pour 2 personnes

et bien quand votre fils qui est en stage pendant 6 mois en Angleterre qui vient voir ses parents sur ses jours de repos et qu a la réception on pense a tort que votre fils dort dans la chambre et bien c’est très désagréable de se sentir être un profiteur , un resquilleur ,un voleur quoi , quand on passe 4 jours et que l on laisse environ 800 euros on peut laisser a penser qu on a les moyens de rajouter de l argent pour son fils si besoin , la personne en question a fait un amalgame et de l interprétation c est grave c est une atteinte au respect de l individu tout simplement , la manager a vite envoyé un mail d excuse mais bon c est moyen moins , surtout qu a l arrivé dans l hôtel mon fils dans un bon anglais avait demandé si on pouvait éventuellement rajouter un lit en payant le supplément , on nous dit pas possible et bien OK on le fait pas on est honnête on triche pas mais a priori on devait pas avoir de bonnes têtes c est dommage .

No need to stay anywhere else once you’ve stayed here

I always stay here when I’m in London for tiktok events and I love it, the staff are the best, they remember me and i dont think I would stay anywhere else

Clean, well maintained basic hotel in attractive street.
Pros:

Staff generally friendly. Pleasant location.

Cons:

Uncomfortable bed. Basememnt rooms niosy with aircon machines dor some other loud electrical equipment located directly outside the window.

A quiet, pleasant and friendly place to stay.
Pros:

Staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was small but very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel was in a quiet but very pleasant area, with interesting cultural diversity - not least the nearby very beautiful Greek Orthodox Church.

Cons:

The bed was fine, but it was right alongside the window (longways) and I had to kneel on the bed to open or close the curtains, so I didn't really see the view! The shower doors were very narrow and I could just squeeze in; anyone larger would have had a real problem! The restaurant area was very small, and when I went down to get breakfast there was nowhere to sit. (As I had not paid for a breakfast in advance, I decided not to wait and went out to find somewhere on nearby Queensway!)
