Solid value and lovely staff in a great location.
Pros:

Incredibly convenient location (yet quiet) and very pleasant staff. An affordable and safe option in a very expensive city.

Cons:

The shower was a bit tiny and hard to maneuver the bifold door. Water pressure a bit light.

Pros:

great Notting Hill location and you if you lucky enough to get a room with the view and on the higher floor you might enjoy a private garden milieux. Address is an easy access to all the hits of the area.

Cons:

Night shift front desk experience was below expectations.

AC in the little room I booked, made all the difference. Was welcomed by a very nice lady upon my arrival.

Cons:

At around 8.pm the evening of my stay I called reception. I had read the booklet that is left in the room where it says elongating my stay won’t be a problem, but to expect a fee. So I called reception in hope’s I could stay in the room I already had, either a few hours or for another night. Since I wasn’t feeling well I also asked if I could have breakfast delivered to my room.

The woman I talked with told me I had to do a new booking via booking.com, and that she couldn’t possibly give me an estimate as to how much it would cost. She was short, not accommodating, and it seemed she just wanted to be done with our call. This ultimately ended in me not booking anything, not Even the breakfast.

At check-out I was also asked by a woman in the reception «How was your stay», which I answered honestly and said «It was okay». No reply or curiosity about what could be done better, she just snuffed.
