Läget. Kort avstånd till tv tunnelbanestationer. Vackert område. nära Hyde Park. Renligheten. Bra personal. Vackert inrett rum. Säng kvaliteten. Vacker utsikt från hotellet med fransk balkong.

Cons:

Trångt i rummet trots att jag beställde ett executive rum. Trångt i korridoren utanför rummet. Liten frukostmatsal med trånga utrymmen. Frukosten var ok men inte mer. långsam hiss.

Fantastisk ophold med gode shoppe muligheder og skønne søde mennesker altid klar på at hjælpe

Pros:

English breakfast as expected and very convenient location close to Bayswater and Queensway underground.

Świetny hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Położony w spokojnej i klimatycznej dzielnicy Bayswater, kilka minut spacerem od metra Bayswater i Queensway. W okolicy jest wiele restauracji, kawiarni, sklepów (w tym M&S Food i Sainsbury Local), a także Kensington Gardens i Hyde Park, dzięki czemu jest to idealna baza do zwiedzania Londynu. Personel był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny, w miarę dostępności uwzględnił moje dodatkowe prośby dotyczące pokoju. Sam pokój był czysty, dobrze wyposażony i miał wszystko, co potrzebne w czasie pobytu. Śniadania były smaczne, z dobrym wyborem produktów. Z przyjemnością zatrzymam się tu ponownie.

Location near two tube stations, safe and active neighborhood lots of choices to eat, near Hyde Park. Room had air-conditioning.

Cons:

Steps inside the room made bringing up my luggage inconvenient, but this is a small manner.

Brilliant location.
Pros:

The hotel’s location for Notting Hill and west London is superb. Yet, it’s quiet at night. It’s always clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed before and would certainly recommend it

Very nice location
Pros:

At first, we were given a very dark room, even though we had booked a deluxe room. There was also a very noisy air conditioning system right outside the window, which made it difficult to sleep.

However, the staff were very helpful and quickly moved us to another room, which was much brighter and much more comfortable. We really appreciated their assistance.
