Best little surprise in London
Pros:

Second time using this hotel in London. The location is fabulous, staff very friendly. See if you can book a room on the lowest level. They're quite spectacular.

Lovely hotel in a peaceful location in busy London.
Pros:

Location was very relaxed and close to Victoria Station. Having a #14 bus stop steps away was great. Our room was decorated very well and the whole hotel vibe was classy and chic. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The attendants kept everything stocked and clean. The front desk was very helpful and professional.

Cons:

I wish there would have been a small fridge in our room but I understand they will be doing that in renovations.

Its okay for night
Pros:

We didn’t have no breakfast shower was nice room was clean tea and coffee was available when got in .
The night-staff khilan very nice and helpful.

Cons:

When I arrive at hotel they asking for a deposit upon arrive. I booked this on booking.com before they didn’t mention anything or message me which shame really . You have pay 50 pounds deposit we got it back after check out .

Perfect location, extremely friendly staff, bathroom was lovely, good variety of breakfast options, comfy bed & loved the lemon scented soap 🤣 room was smaller than expected but it honestly didn’t matter because everything was spot on! Will definitely book again - very grateful for the stay!

Příjemný, klidný hotel se snadnou dostupností do centra.
Pros:

Příjemné bydlení v klidné části města, nikde žádné hlučné noční provozy, kousek na metro, tudíž všude blízko. Matrace tužší, ale ještě v toleranci, většině lidí budou spíš vyhovovat. Pokoj vybavený žehličkou, malým dřezem a mikrovlnkou, nicméně vše hezky zabudované v pokoji, takže nic neruší. Výtah.

Cons:

Kontinentální snídaně jen velmi základní.

Enjoyable overnight stay
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay. I slept well and I was able to reach my appointment after a good nights sleep very easily as the hotel was well situated for my requirements. I enjoyed the walk across to the House of Parliamentto be part of the meetings to which I had been invited.

Cons:

Everything was to standard. I was not happy about paying a deposit of £50 as security.

Excellent location, spotless and clean, great breakfast.

Nice clean room. Air conditioning was excellent in London. Breakfast had a super choice and excellent price. Overall a great stay.
