A little gem
Pros:

A lovely boutique hotel 5 minutes walk from Pimlico tube. We came up for a show at the Palladium and this was a great location in a very smart road. Couldnt fault anything, Spotlessy clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Friendly service. Very nice continental breakfast with option to pay and upgrade to full english

Feels like home
Pros:

The hotel is very easy to reach - you can either choose Victoria Station or Pimlico Subway and walk from there about 5min. We got good service! Our room was cozy and clean. Breakfast was awesome! Room was quiet and we got good night sleep. Would surely visit again!

Pros:

Las habitaciones nuevas son cómodas y con enchufes europeos.
Nada ruidoso por las noches y a 7 minutos de Victoria Station y 4 de Pimlico

Cons:

Quizás alguna variacion en el buffet de desayuno sería buena idea si te alojas 4 o 5 noches.

Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado en un barrio tranquilo, pero con varias opciones para comer y tomar algo. Cerca de dos estaciones de metro y a 2 minutos de una parada de bus que te lleva por toda la ciudad. El personal muy amable, sobre todo Mírele. La habitación limpia y los amenities mejor de lo que esperaba, buenos jabones en la ducha. Me gustó de la habitación que el suelo no tuviese moqueta, muy típico de los hoteles ingleses. Cogimos la habitación pequeña, un poco justa al ir con dos maletas grandes, pero lo arreglamos metiéndolas debajo de la cama, había espacio. Para la próxima, cogeremos la que es un poco más grande. Nos ha gustado la habitación exterior con una mini terraza pero que le da un toque. El desayuno era muy bueno y abundante. En resumen, hemos estado muy a gusto y si volvemos repetiremos

Cons:

Lo único fue que el ascensor estaba roto y no se podía parar en el primer piso (en los demás si), estuvo así la semana que estuvimos aunque nos explicaron que se debía a que estaban esperando una pieza que no llegaba.

Lovely hotel, good air conditioning and helpful staff
Pros:

We stayed for 4 nights when it was 30c outside. The AC throughout the hotel and rooms were a godsend. It really made the trip manageable.

The staff were helpful, the breakfasts were really nice and we managed to store our luggage after checking out with no issues.

Cons:

Only critiques were that the rooms were a bit dated and the bed wasn’t super comfortable.

Great hotel fab location
Pros:

Great location. Lovely hotel with a friendly welcome.
We needed to go to Hyde Park which was about a 30 minute walk but really easy to get to from the hotel. The hotel is near Victoria Station. Will definitely stay here again.
