Location was good but I’m afraid the room was a let down. Would not stay here again
Pros:

The breakfast was basic. Although continental, didn’t offer much choice. What was there was not well presented and didn’t look enticing.

Cons:

The creaking floorboards from the room above was wakening us up in the morning and very annoying when trying to sleep at night.
The pillows in the room were too flat, lumpy & hard.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und würden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in ruhiger Lage und doch recht zentral. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

250 Euro pro Nacht (Doppelzimmer) ist schon sportlich.

Super hotel. Fantastic value.
Pros:

Great place for a city break or business. Clean quiet room, great staff and location plus very good breakfast at really good value for money. Would definitely recommend and would happily return anytime.

Posh and economical stay in historic, convenient neighborhood
Pros:

So quiet in a historic neighborhood. Clean, comfortable bed and room in a beautifully refurbished and modernized set of townhomes. Friendly staff, option for luggage storage just before and after check-in. Wonderful breakfast options. Convenience to public transportation and local restaurants. Great value for the money.

Ein wirklich schöner Kurztrip
Pros:

Gutes und ausreichendes Frühstücks-Buffet. Lage ist sehr zentral zu Viktoria. Gutes Umfeld mit Restaurants und Supermarkt. Buslinie direkte Verbindung und auch zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

A Clean and luxurious hotel
Pros:

The variety of the buffet was amazing, and not many places do smoked salmon in it, so was totally amazing, the full English was beautiful and fresh, and very tasty
And all the other pastries and various different types of coffee was good as well

Cons:

To offer both types of breakfast, on website, so as to not just presume you could have either when booking!

Pros:

The location is perfect for tourists. Just next to the hotel you have a bus stop (bus 24), and Victoria station and the coach station is just 2 blocks from the hotel. Buckingham Palace and saint James park are within a walking distance too.

Cons:

In my view, you can have a better breakfast but you have plenty of option in Victoria station and Buckingham road to have a breakfast or any other meal.
Standard rooms are small and tiny or no closet but it is ok for tourists with no kids and no too much luggage.

Welcoming staff, convenient location, expensive stay for a basic room.
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast in the hotel so unable to comment on that. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was good.

Cons:

The rooms were very basic and bathrooms were dated. The bed and pillows were not very good quality and the main towels were very small. It was also expensive.

Not disappointed!
Pros:

Camera ampia, pulita, con frigo e forno a microonde. Ottima la colazione, con prodotti di qualità. Fermata del bus proprio davanti all'hotel. Il n. 24 porta direttamente a Parliament Square (Big Ben, Parlamento), Trafalgar Square e Cambridge Circus (da dove in 5 minuti a piedi raggiungi Covent Garden, Leicester Square e Piccadilly Circus). A 7 minuti a piedi c'è anche la fermata della metro Pimlico e Victoria Station è a 12 minuti a piedi. Ottima posizione.

Cons:

Mancanza di armadio (c'è una sbarra di acciaio con qualche gruccia) e porta del bagno con parte centrale a vetri, oscurati, ma con la luce accesa del bagno si intravedono forme e movimenti (scarsa privacy).

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, fußläufig zum Victoria Bahnhof für National Express Busse, Züge und Tube. Die zentrale Buslinie 24 hält gleich beim Hotel.
Die Straße mit den georgianischen Häusern ist ein Traum !

Cons:

Die Zimmer und das Bad sind extrem klein.
