Excellent location, great breakfast

Manager was a super social and kind man. Everyone fromm staff was friendly and gave good advice and excellent service.

Location and convenience

Fabulous hotel, perfect location, close to Victoria station, shops and pubs, not a far walk to London eye area. Hotel was spotless clean, lovely area , comfy bed, gorgeous hotel room , really friendly helpful staff and fabulous breakfast, the nicest pancakes iv ever had. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend

I loved this hotel and I'd highly recommend it. I was travelling solo so the small double was perfect for me. It's not a big room and I put my suitcase by the other side of the bed so that was fine. Very clean, bed comfortable and bathroom very small but functional.
I was on the 4th floor with a view of over London rooftops to Battersea Power Station. And the window opened a bit for fresh air!
The staff were amazing - I had to make a unexpected medical appointment and a young man on the desk Dominic I think was very sweet and helpful to set this up for me.
The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Lots of cafes, restaurants and coffee places in the area.
I chose the location carefully so I could walk everywhere. I got the tube from Victoria (10 minutes down the road) to visit Oxford Street and the V & A but generally just walked everywhere. A top buy for travel was a 2 day Uber boat pass on the Thames. It was magical going along the Thames to different places must nicer than by road. Millbank Pier is about 15 minutes from the Belgrave.

The location was perfect and you can leave your luggage at the hotel before and after checking out that was very kind.

Good location. Clean. Nice decor. Quick check in. Good shower with good hot water. Nice soaps.

The location is excellent: just one minute from bus 24, which takes you directly to many of London’s main spots, and about a 10-minute walk to Victoria Train Station (with easy access to Gatwick via the Express or other trains) as well as Victoria Coach Station. The hotel is on a quaint, quiet street and felt very safe. There are great options nearby for brunch, lunch, and dinner, clubs within walking distance, and the Hamilton and Wicked shows close by. The room was spotless and very clean, with bathroom fixtures that seemed new, and there was no noise at all during our stay. The staff was genuinely helpful throughout our stay. What really stood out wasn’t that everything was perfect, but how the hotel handled the moments when it wasn’t; they openly acknowledged any issues and resolved them quickly and thoughtfully, which made us feel truly well cared for. Great value for money!
