Toller Kurztrip mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Pros:

Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen, das Personal an der Rezeption war mehr als bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist direkt an der Straße. Der Holzboden macht bei jedem Schritt Geräusche. Man hört also jede Bewegung der personen über einem und im Flur. Das war sehr störend.

Isolamento acústico ruim no quarto. Da acomodação da para ouvir o barulho do quarto de cima (qualquer movimentação já faz barulho).

Ce n'est certainement pas un hôtel 4 étoiles comme indiqué, mais c'est quand même un assez bon rapport qualité-prix pour Londres

Cons:

La literie: lit petit, que ce soit en largeur ou en longueur. Oreiller horrible
Insonorisation interne: bruit des autres hôtes et le matin un bruit prolongé type essorage
Petit déjeuner correct mais déçus par rapport aux attentes, vu les autres commentaires

Very nice hotel. The room we were upgraded to was super lovely and the location was great. The staff were helpful and the lift worked and looked quite new.

Colazione molto buona e varia. La posizione è strategica, a pochi passi c'è la la fermata bus mentre la fermata metro è a 5 minuti a piedi

Excellent stay, will definitely be doing it again!
Pros:

The room was wonderful and comfortable, the bathroom was luxurious! The continental breakfast was fantastic! The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the bar was open for guests as long as wanted.

Estancia muy agradable
Pros:

Ubicación tranquila, habitación con todo lo que puedes pedir, cómoda, limpia, bien equipada, silenciosa, personal amable.. A 9 minutos andando de Victoria Station. Muy recomendable.
