Cons:

O quarto só tinha um travesseiro super baixinho. Nao tinha secador de toalhas no banheiro. No cafe da manha nao tinha ovos mexidos e as opcoes eram fracas. Nada que tenha atrapalhado, ficaria novamente sem problemas, mas sao pontos que poderiam melhorar.

the "upgrade" scared me away
Pros:

I did book this, via booking.com, for London Climate Action Week, without the option to cancel.
I wanted air conditioner, location and stair free access. A couple days before my stay I received a message indicating a leeking had been identified (these things happen) and offering me 3 "upgrade" options. None of them met all my criteria, but the option to get my money back and select another one, was never offerered.

My "choice" was a place near Paddington station without air conditioner. The heat wave was strong, we had no air conditioner and no fan (yes, they told me I could buy portable fans), the bed was bad the the shower/bath a trap - I still have a HUGE bruise from a slip

Pros:

The reception staff were great! Really friendly and helpful. The Location was amazing!

Cons:

My room was really small with no view, I looked directly into a brick wall. Only one bottle of water, during the heat wave.

Pros:

A lovely clean, quiet & comfortable hotel. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was also good value for money.
Very close to Pimlico tube station, so very easy access to the whole of London.
Would definitely stay again & 100% recommend.

Hyggeligt lille hotel.

Cons:

Værelset kunne godt trænge til lidt maling. Morgenmaden var ikke værd at skrive om og buffeten stod lige op ad trappen så når folk gik op og ned så hvirvlede diverse “ting” ned i maden. Ikke særlig lækkert. Undrer os over at det skulle have 4 stjerner😣.

Great hotel, priced on the higher side
Pros:

Well located and we wanted to do the Harry Potter tour and see Hamilton. Very clean and comfortable. Very good and clean bathroom. There are grocery stores and restaurants near by.

Cons:

Everything was good, but it's overpriced.
