Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent. If you are planning to visit Bruges, Ghent, and Brussels, it is very convenient. I had read reviews saying that the area was unsafe, but since my train to Frankfurt was departing from Brussels North Station, I chose this hotel. Personally, I did not notice anything unsafe in the area. It is a busy place with plenty of people around. Since it stays light until quite late, I arrived at the hotel around 8–9 PM and had no problems at all.

However, the hotel itself had issues due to ongoing renovation work. There was a lot of noise in the corridors at night. At one point, some intoxicated guests most likely got the wrong room and tried to open my door. On the positive side, the hotel had sent me instructions in advance about which entrance to use, so finding the entrance was easy.

The room was extremely small and poorly ventilated. Housekeeping was not provided during my stay.

Overall, the location was excellent, but I would recommend paying a little more and choosing another hotel in the same area to avoid the inconvenience caused by the renovation work.

Konumunu ve odasındaki üst kat çocuk ranzasını beğendik. Çocuğumuz bu ranzaya bayıldı.

Cons:

Otelin birden çok giriş kapısı vardı, akşam giriş diğer kapıdan yapılıyormuş ama haber vermediklerinden kapıyı bulmakta zorlandık.

Cerca al centro, es de fácil acceso a los lugares turísticos. Limpio. Remodelado.

Cons:

El acceso es muy dificil. Nadie te da orientaciones. El lobby está mal y el ascensor es terrible. Está cerca a un barrio no tan divertido.

Pros:

Nuestra estadia de 3 noches fue excelente. El hotel se está modernizando y nos tocó de las nuevas habitaciones que son muy lindas y funcionales. El desayuno si bien lo hacen con el hotel de al lado, es excelente.

Cons:

Lo malo es que tiene un solo ascensor y es pequeño. Además un día no nos hicieron la habitación.
