Inchecken duurde veels te lang , slecht geregeld

Cons:

Kwam daar aan inchecken bij Hotel de colonies hotel, 3 x kreeg kamer waar al iemand was ingecheckt en bij de 4e keer , kon ik de kamer niet open maken met de sleutel, dus moest op en neer lopen , zodat ik alsnog de goede sleutel kreeg , moest vanaf 15:00 uur , bijna 3 uur lang wachten voordat we eindelijk onze kamer in konden

Polecam - czystość, miła obsługa i bardzo dobra lokalizacja.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metra, niedaleko też do dworca PKP oraz do centrum miasta. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa recepcji - bariera językowa nie stanowiła żadnego problemu. Dobry kontakt z hotelem jeszcze przed wyjazdem. Śniadania przepyszne, duży wybór dań na zimno i na ciepło. Pokój czysty, trochę mały, ale wystarczający na krótki pobyt. Łóżko duże i bardzo wygodne, pościel czysta. W łazience również czysto i wystarczająco miejsca, żeby swobodnie się poruszać, dużo miejsca pod natryskiem, zawsze dostępna ciepła woda. W pokoju czyste ręczniki i suszarka.

Hadden geen ontbijt. Lokatie was schitterend! Ondanks dat hotel onder renovatie is, was verblijf toch goed.
