Pros:

Chambre avec bien sûr un lit mais aussi un sofa. Déjeuner agréable. Micto-ondes dans la chambre.

Cons:

Je n'avais pas remarqué avant le lendemain que la fenêtre de la chambre était ouverte. C'est lorsque j'ai entendu le camion à déchet ou de construction que je m'en suis rendue compte à cause du bruit. J'ai eu un peu froid durant la nuit et le matin surtout qu'il faisait -31 ressenti. Le chauffage a dû fonctionner toute la nuit pour essayer de founir.

Très bien pour le confort de la chambre et ordinaire pour tout le reste
Pros:

Emplacement bien. Confortable, satisfaisant. Salle de bain et douche très correcte. Lit confortable. Personnel gentil et courtois.

Cons:

le déjeuner très très ordinaire. Mauvaise qualité de pain. Céréales trop sucrées. Café de mauvaise qualité. Dans les chambres, petits verres de carton au lieu de verres en verre.

Cons:

Petit détail mais qui n'a pas affecté la qualité de mon séjour, le papier peint de la chambre tend à décoller.

Cold room on a cold night
Pros:

I arrived at the Comfort Inn in Thetford Mines at 9pm. The outdoor temperatue was -25C (-13 F). The room was unheated. That that the room wass provided only with a unit on the outer wall (airconditonare/heater, that was off. There was no separate heating in the bathroom. I turned on to heat at the maximum level. There was a warm air movement coming out of the left part of the unit and unheated air in the remaining part of the outlet. After one hour, the room was still cold. I was working at the desk with my hat and parka on.
I went down to the reception to complain and to ask for extra blanket, which I received.
I was reasonably comfortable in bed. When I got up at 8 am, the room was still not comfortble, so I went back to reception and someone was sent up to check the room temperature. That person came back to confirm what I was complaning about and that the heating unit was not providing sufficient heat.
I was not a happy camper. On the positive side, I was able to plug in my car to keep the engine warm.

Not Comfortable!
Pros:

Clean ,nice staff , good location.

Cons:

No elevator, no baggage carts, very small room, 2 double beds too small for 4 people ! Double bed not big enough for 2 adult people to sleep comfortably !
