Only problem we had was bed being next to the wall. Us old people don't do gymnastics so good getting to that inside bed position. But love the property and amenities.
Great people. Clean ,new,well run.
nothing
That it was like living there. Which is what I wanted. Pool and open spaces were great.
A little confusing getting in, especially arriving in the dark. The directions were clear, not sure how to improve.
NA
The information they gave us to get the key out of the locker was incorrect. No reception. Tried to contact someone for 50 minutes on the phone and was on hold. After reaching them they finally gave us the correct details to get the keys. Didn’t check in until 5 after 8 hours of travelling due to this. When we got there our Tv was broken and someone was with us for half an hour trying to fix it but to no avail.
After checking out correctly with the details they gave us, I have now been charged 133€ for ‘lost keys’. Absolutely ridiculous, we returned them to the updated details they gave us when checking in and they’re charging us for lost keys when we did everything right? Avoid if possible, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Not what I was expecting, homeless camp right outside the building and elevator didn’t work.
nothing
everything
Nice stay
Had a group with 3 different rooms. My shower trikled water, the unit stunk and the hallways stunk. My inlaws requested a handicap room, one guest limited movement due to stroke. First night they said they will look , didn't have one. No shower for 3 days for my BIL, and we booked an ada room, very upset. We all were here for a graduation, the temps topped out at 101. My wifi didn't work and the tv only worked through streaming. Do not recommend this place
Good location, very comfortable and easy to access. Will stay again.
It was close to downtown, the room was very clean and it was easy to communicate with the staff even though they weren’t on site.
The check in process and getting to the room was like playing a game lol. You have to read the directions very well and follow exactly!
I was happy to stay at the sonder. I put the luggage at locker.
Great location, apartment was clean and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Complex was quiet. Check in/out process was very simple.
Had to pay $10 a day for parking, but it was worth it.
Cute, clean, quite… loved it!
The space was very clean and we loved the location. The apartment was simple which I liked and had a well stocked kitchen although having things like salt and pepper available would have been nice.
The entrance time is way too late/strict most places in my experience offer some flexibility. The original code we received didn’t work which was quickly resolved but an added stressor. The bedroom has a half wall so you can hear everything going on in the kitchen/living room. It really should be called a suite instead of a 1 bedroom because of the 1/2 wall. This makes a huge difference when you’re traveling with a baby who needs to nap. Lastly, the television only functions if you have a subscription like Netflix which we don’t, that was a huge bummer for my son who usually gets extra movies when we travel so we can all relax a bit.
Nice place
Safe place to stay, I would stay again
Hallways hadn’t been vacuumed for quite some time. Couch and chair in sitting area looked like they just returned from the thrift store. Dirt stains and a lot of wear. Had to put a sheet down before sitting in them. Walls had scuff marks and shoe prints all over them. You can only watch tv if you hook up your own device to the tv.
Instructions were very specific. For those who leave low marks because they couldn’t get into their unit or car was towed, don’t read instructions. They were very thorough.
The area leaves a little to be desired. What looks like an abandoned church with a big BLM sign right across the street and some vacant lots.
