Welcoming 🙂
Pros:

Great location, easy walk to pubs. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Big shout out for Brook at breakfast. She was amazing full of energy, always made sure we had everything we needed and did it with a smile on her face and a bit of chat! Cook to order breakfast was very good (omelette was delicious) cold buffet was simple but quality.

Beautiful and relaxing space
Pros:

Location was great. Staff super helpful and welcoming. Bedroom was very comfortable.
Food was fantastic as was the dining room. I'm looking for an excuse to return.

Amazing!
Pros:

The property was decorated beautifully, it was immaculate, the staff were exceptionally friendly. When you get to your room there is a handwritten note welcoming you and fresh baked brownies. Centrally located so you can easily walk to different pubs. Overall a wonderful experience!

Cons:

There are no downsides to the property .

Pros:

Staff were superb, friendly and helpful . Breakfast choice perfect and very tasty and the girl at breakfast was so attentive. The smell throughout the hotel was divine with the use of voya products.

Cons:

Arrived at 3 and had hoped to get a small hot bite to eat on site but it wasn’t open till 5 but managed to get something down the road

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and so very helpful.
