Quality Inn & Suites

Staff is always great and the breakfast is convenient but the hotel is kind of dirty. There’s been carpet torn up from the hall for over a year. The rooms are very damp feeling and have rust on metal surfaces. The floors in the room are always sticky feeling and hair in the bath towels

Room was clean. Older property shows wear. Overall nice.

It was exactly 💯 what i needed

The hotel was old and unclean. The hallways were undone where you can see the broken cement. We decided to leave and not even stay the whole night like we payed for.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants. We could not carry our luggage up the stairs so the manager upgraded us to a larger room that was a handicap accessible room.

The hotel is old, and the rooms really need to be renovated. The bathrooms had a lot of aged and worn areas, especially rust in the shower, and hairspray residue all over the bathroom door. For one night, it was fine. The bed was clean and comfortable, but there were stains on the top blanket. I don't sleep with that on the bed anyway. Staff was kind and helpful. Overall, my stay was average. For $130 for one night, i expected a bit more.

Easy on & off, Quiet, located around outlets, restaurants, Lake Lanier, & North Georgia Revival.

The stay was okay except the mattresses were old and squeaky and uncomfortable,

Check in was a breeze! The hotel has a second floor, but no elevator. We asked if we could be given a room.on the first floor to which they accommodated. It appears they are in the process of updating. Our room needed the bathroom tub and bath fixtures updated. The handle to turn on the water inthe shower literally fell off in our hands.

Our preferred place to stay in Dawsonville area

Hardly a Quality property. Furniture in Lobby had duct tape repairs. Shower faucet was falling apart, tub drain was slow. Bed was near brick like. Lots of visible maintenance issues.

My rooom smelled of musty feet or something

Way better than expected. AC was VERY good at keeping the room cool and the bed was quite comfortable with enough firmness so I didn't have the usual back ache. This is a well run and clean place.
