Great budget stay with no complaints.
Pros:

Great budget choice. Check in was a little bureaucratic when paying in cash but the staff was nice. The reception and breakfast area is super big and spacious. Matress was great. Breakfast is pretty good quality compared to average. We left something in the room by accident and they saved it for us, didn't throw it out, nice gesture.

Cons:

Some more shade in the parking lot would benefit the overall experience.
