The location and the room was comfortable.

Cons:

This is about the 10th visit to the hotel and is the first time I found that the pool was not kept clean....milky and scum on the surface not very inviting. I did not profit from the pool, also the noise level , you go to relax and the screaming that went on was not pleasant. Was disappointed for the first time....

Relaxing Stay After a Day of Cycling
Pros:

We love staying at the AX Hotel when we're on long cycling rides. The ability to bring our bicycles into our room provides peace of mind and added convenience. After a challenging day on the road, there's nothing better than unwinding in the sauna, cooling off with a cold shower, and relaxing in the heated pool. These amenities are a highlight of our stay and one of the reasons we keep coming back.

Cons:

The pool could benefit from a thorough cleaning. While I was able to remove some floating insects, there was still a noticeable film on the surface, which I assume was a mix of sunscreen and body oils. Fortunately, the issue was most noticeable around the jet area, and it didn't prevent me from relaxing and enjoying the facilities. Overall, the sauna, cold shower, and heated pool remained a welcome way to unwind after a long day of cycling.

Good hotel but poor breakfast
Pros:

Comfy bed. Quiet location. Plenty of parking. Large room. Nice view of mountain.

Cons:

Location is 20 mins drive from Tremblant village which is where we wanted to be (our fault for not checking though). Breakfast was chargeable and very poor, tipping seemed obligatory. No streaming or casting options for TV.

Personnel chaleureux et courtois. Belle chambre avec beaucoup de commodité. Endroit tranquille.
Pros:

J’ai aimé l’emplacement et le décor de l’endroit où prendre les repas. Avec l’accès à la piscine c’était très bien. J’aurais apprécié une carte plus complète pour le souper.

Cons:

Les gros bacs à linge sale qui sont en permanence dans les corridors en face des ascenseurs auraient avantage à être placés dans un lieu hors de la vue des clients. Je trouve ça désagréable de faire face au linge sale quand je circule dans l’hôtel chaque fois que je prends l’ascenseur ou que j’en sors.

Un très bon rapport qualité-prix.
La chambre agréable, le personnel très sympathique.
Un accès gratuit à la piscine et au sauna pour les enfants de 09h à 21h.
Des recharges électriques disponibles, c’est vraiment un plus.
Proche de tout: village de montagne, vieux village, etc.
C’est un très bel hôtel, bien situé et entouré d’un beau cadre naturel.
