The location was great for winter activities, skiing, snowmobiling, skating, tubing, and snowshoeing.
The room had a wonderful view of the quaint town of Mont Tremblant and the mountain. The village has lots of excellent food options.
The outside heated pool and sauna were a nice addition,
The room appeared on-line to have a sitting area, but it's more of a second bed so sitting on the twin bed requires using lots of cushions, not too convenient or comfortable. The facility does not have much of a kitchen or restaurant, offers primarily frozen and microwaved foods.
The staff was helpful and friendly. I liked the on-site bistro/restaurant, it had a good selection of entrees and drinks. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The heated pool was at the perfect temperature.
I booked this hotel specifically for the usage of the sauna. And while the sauna was indeed very nice, I was disappointed that the cold chute was closed (and thus, no possibility to do a hot/cold circuit). Furthermore, had we been able to do a hot/cold circuit, there was nowhere to rest after. There are also no facilities to change by the pool. Not a dealbreaker but I wish that the cold chute would be clearly indicated as closed.
The location was great! The staff were kind and helpful. The building and room were clean for the most part. Snow tubing on site was a bonus and fun for all ages. Mont Tremblant ski resort was only a 12 ish minute drive away.
No phones in the room to call front desk. Bed in room very firm, woke up with sore shoulders and back. No towels or robes by the outdoor pool for use, thankfully we brought our own robes. Not many restaurants open late near by. Food choices at cafe on site not great.
