here is my option since i have spent the past 20 years in the hotel industry and before Covid was a Platinum Starwood member staying more than 150 days a year in hotels around the world.
1-The hotel is super expensive for the service its offering. its more like a three-star motel than a hotel.
2- What they call a pool is the size of my hot tub. and the spa they advertise is non-existent.
3- The location is very beautiful.
4- Internationally, when you upgrad to a premium room you get two bathrobes, especially when the room comes with a jacuzzi. in this hotel i had to rent them for more than 30$/day including taxes...
5- The room had no hot water that night...can you imagine? And I had to call reception and create a big complaint. after the complaint i had to wait for an hour and half to get a service guy. he said the hot water system is down and it needs to be re-seted and he does not know how long that re-set would last. as an manufacturing engineer that built tens of mechanical rooms for international hotel chains this is totally un-acceptable its even illegal in Quebec and Ontario not to have hot water in a service facilty. I was very disappointed....
6- The one that topped off is that there is no phone in the room to contact reception...
7- Continue to the fact that the room does not hav a water kettle wheich exists in every small motel and a hotel... the reciption said that people were hurting themselves with it and thats why they remove it from the rooms... are you serious......
8- The elevator door is squeaking ( Its bearings are screeming please replace me lol) like its going to break down and according to my experience, it has less than a month to break... Note this is the only elevator to lead you to the upper floors.

I hope i got my point across... small things in the service industry matter... do not ruin this beautiful building in this beautiful location

Tolle Zimmer sehr nette Rezeption schönes Ambiente Frühstück kann man dazu kaufen. Schöne Außenpool, tolle Sauna Blick zum Berg sehr schön

Great value for 1 night stopover
Pros:

Great value, awesome pool and sauna, clean and close to Tremblant.

Cons:

Shower gel doesn't clean properly and the restaurant microwave reheats meals - recommend walking 9 mins into town to eat!
