Breakfast was good.
Carpet in room was dirty. I dont think beds were queen. Husband fell on floor!
Room was clean and quiet. Hotel was in a quiet area.
More variety at breakfast, different coffee
Breakfast was okay. Bed very comfortable. Clean room.
The flush handle on the toilet wasn't working well, causing the toilet to run unless we fiddled with it a bit. Maintenance should fix it.
Breakfast was excellent with many choices and fresh ingredients. The staff was exceptional. Enjoyed visiting with Cheryl, manager and Karin in the breakfast room. *****
Bed was too soft.
Pool
Room and staff were terrible
close to shopping and old town great breakfast pool gym
nothing
Not good quality
none of the food, except the fruit
Front desk staff was great. Went above and beyond to help. Rooms are fairly large.
The hotel is an older building and could use a refresh. It is not close to the University or downtown Fort Collins. There is daily housekeeping but they don't make the beds. At around $150 per night when I stayed, it was overpriced.

It was really clean
The breakfast served the best scrambled eggs I ever had and we brought some pot belly sandwiches in and they unlocked the doors to the breakfast room so we could eat in there rather than our room. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by us and our three grandkids.
We were pleased with everything!
