Pros:

I love the location it' is central to everything. It's a very clean and safe hotel. I have stayed here on several occasions now and it is always the same.

Cons:

The only thing I would change is breakfast. I would prefer to have my hotel waffle. But that's ok I just get breakfast elsewhere.
