We stayed for 7 nights last week but unfortunately 2 shopping bags with new clothes inside were misplaced by the room maids. We reported immediately. To cut the story short, we asked for compensation but today someone Raga informed us that they will not refund . The amount is 150e.
Obviously we are very disappointed because if someone is ready to fraud 150e to a hotel , we ll not be ready to pay around 2,500e for 1 week. Our room number was 412.
We will eventually file reports to Nice police and local council . The hotel personnel took our things , the only ones having access to our room beside us. Lupin should be dead by now no 😉.

What a warm welcome from the staff at the hotel. We were very well looked after, the room and overall facilities were super-clean and the cocktail bar was a great place to start before heading out for dinner. Thank you for another lovely stay in Nice!
Piccolo albergo nel cuore di Nizza, vicino a place Magenta e a 10 minuti da place Massena e dalla promenade des Anglais. Letti comodi, climatizzazione buona, pulizia ottima, staff gentile. Colazione molto buona, sia dolce che salata.
Se volete essere sicuri che la camera sia rifatta in mattinata, ricordatevi di mettere fuori della porta il relativo cartello (sennò rischiate di trovarla ancora da fare nel pomeriggio). L'hotel non dispone di un suo parcheggio e vi invia a uno convenzionato (20 euro al giorno) a circa 200 metri, ma si tratta di un parcheggio pubblico ove non avete un posto riservato, per cui se vi muovete con l'auto e tornate tardi rischiate di non trovare posto.

Clean pleasant area
O hotel é excelente, boa localização, café da manhã muito bom, quarto com cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo e ar condicionado funcionando bem, achei a área silenciosa e não tive problemas. Além disso a distância a pé para praia, estação e restaurantes é curta e não há necessidade de carro. Deixo aqui também um elogio à funcionária Daniela da recepção que nos atendeu muito bem e estava sempre de ótimo humor.
Acredito que poderia ter um pouco mais de frutas frescas no café da manhã. Além disso o elevador é pequeno e um pouco ruim para subir com 2 pessoas e malas, fora que raramente usamos ele pois não chegava e estava sempre ocupado. Por último a limpeza do quarto poderia melhorar, principalmente o uso de produtos de limpeza, vários dias da estadia ficou parecendo que no máximo arrumaram a cama e encontramos falta de limpeza com frequência. De extra eu diria que ter cápsulas de café disponíveis, porque não tinha nenhuma apesar da máquina no quarto.
