Wouldn’t book again due to cleanliness
Pros:

Good location however there is intercoms blasting music and announcements early in the morning nearby

Cons:

Mold on the walls in our private room and on the curtains. Floor was dirty by the head of the beds. For a private room I expected it to be cleaner.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal dans le vieux centre de Hanoï
La casier pour mettre les affaires était grand mais il faut penser à amener un cadenas
Les rideaux permettent une bonne intimité

Cons:

Les toilettes n’était pas super propre et il y avait une mauvaise odeur
La terrasse n’est pas très bien équipée il n’y avait que 2 sièges
Il n’y a pas vraiment d’espace commun

Les grands lits, la propretee, l’escalier en bois. La terrasse. La proximitee de la pagode et des commerces. Leur service de taxi. Les rencontres avec les autres locataires. Etc...

Cons:

Je prefere garder pour moi c’ette remarque. J’en ai parle au receptioniste.

Pros:

La ubicación era muy buena y las camas eran cómodas y limpias.

Cons:

No importa a qué hora fueras al baño, siempre estaba sucio y sin jabón. Te cobran extra por la toalla lo cual considero inaceptable en Vietnam ya que recorrimos todo el país y solo aqui no estaban incluidas. El balcón que aparece en las fotos no existe. El recepcionista de la noche es muy pesado, no lo interrumpas mientras juega sus videos juegos porfavor, nos dijo que el valor por kilo de ropa para lavar era de 50 no se si quiso hacer el listo o que, pero sabemos que eso no es el precio en Vietnam. (El recepcionista de dia muy gentil) vimos pasar un ratón 🐭 en la escalera.

Pros:

Well located in the old quarter. Easy access to shops and activities. Confortable and clean beds. Practical and large individual lockers (bring your own lock). Allowed to leave our bags in the entry hall after checkout.

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean nor cleaned during our stay. The bathrooms were not well maintained (e.g. one of the 2 showers wasn’t working/closing properly).

Stay here to be in the old quarter but not near the chaos.
Pros:

Location, location, location... Yet still quiet at night and able to sleep in. The lockets in the beds are awesome.

Cons:

Nothing I really didn't like. It's a pretty great hostel.
