Location and ended up in dorm for four people instead of eight
We had to pay upon arrival which is fine, however the gentleman tried to make us pay double what booking.com was - our booking was for two people but he tried to tell us it was for one. Once we checked into our room, and got settled in our bunks, I then realised that there was an ant infestation down the side of my bed. It looked as if all rushed including food had been swept down the side to make the room. We then headed down to speak to the same man who tried to make us pay double and confronted the matter. He turned round and said that he would get this sorted in the morning as the cleaners had gone home for the day - bear in mind I told him my bed is full of ants. I then said well if that is the case you will have to give me a refund as I cannot stay in this bed. He then reluctantly said he would clean it himself, which he did. Also just to add, the bathroom were filthy, I don’t think any staff member cleaned them. The showers were filled with hair and the bins were always full. And just to add it was like stepping into a sauna. On every level it was like 30 degrees

Нет парковки для скутера или мотоцикла. В одной из комнат хостела было найдено большое количество клопов которые могут покусать вас ночью. Душевая требует ремонта и тщательной уборки.
Letti comodi, quello superiore ha anche il soffitto molto in alto e puoi quasi starci in piedi. C'è praticamente un armadio in ogni letto, c'è anche una sbarra di legno per appendere i vestiti e un ventilatore. Economico, posizione perfetta.
Un pò gli odori in bagno. Bagno non bellissimo ecco però c'è il phon. Non c'è molto spazio per mettere le valigie a terra, però hai un armadio davvero grande nel letto. Molto disprezzato per gli ospiti/ospite che scoreggiava/scoreggiavano ripetutamente e rumorosamente

Very good location, central in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Lots of interesting places to visit, many shops, restaurants or food stalls and touristic highlights at walking distance. Hostel is clean & well kept. Dorms are tidy and safely locked with a key card. Good beds and space for luggage. Washrooms and toilets are kept clean. Friendly and very helpfull young staff. Although not very big there is some place to sit down around the office area. They also run a very professional laundry service and a small fashion clothing shop at ground floor. Hostel prices are budget, one of the cheapest in Old Quarter. They do a good job. Great value for money!
Communal space is a bit limited while it is combined with the space for office, laundry service and fashion clothes shop. They provide hot water for tea or coffee. But a small corner with a bit more facilities for guests to make their own hot water for tea or coffee would be nice.
Emplacement très central !
La chambre au dernier étage a une belle vue et est parfaite pour une famille (salle de bains privée) mais ça grimpe pour y arriver ! 😅
