Categories

Cleanliness
7.6
Mixed reports: many guests called rooms 'very clean' and praised housekeeping, but there are serious negative incidents (empty beer bottle found, dirty mopping rag, reports of bedbugs and cigarette smells) that lower the score.
Service
9.6
Generally strong: multiple comments praising the front desk (Thomas noted as polite and professional), helpful staff and an honest maid who returned a ring; a few isolated service failures (no action on noise complaint) but overall service is a clear strength.
Location
7.8
Convenient for travelers (near highway/Yosemite), but several guests called out heavy traffic noise, nearby train and freeway sounds and some parking/lot concerns, reducing the score.
Room Quality
8.1
Rooms described as modern, updated, comfortable beds and good towels; mounted toiletries and spacious rooms noted. A few negatives (bed too soft for one guest, some reported odors/bedbugs) make this slightly above average.
Amenities
8.4
Good basic amenities: breakfast area, mounted shower dispensers, lobby snacks/drinks and laundry available (noted as expensive). Overall amenities are appropriate and useful for the property tier.
Value for Money
8
Several guests praised value ('Relación calidad precio excelente', good price for offering), while at least one guest felt the stay was not worth the price due to noise and service issues; overall slightly positive value perception.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Breakfast generally praised in several languages (excellent, ottima colazione), clean breakfast area and popular items (waffles). A few comments called it basic or not great, but the overall sentiment is strongly positive.
Overall Experience
8.4
Most stays were reported as clean, comfortable and with friendly staff, but a subset of guests experienced significant disturbances (noise, cleanliness lapses, bedbugs) leading to mixed overall impressions that average out to the target rating.

Cons:

Cons:

wasnt a great experience, really loud music all night , people yelling down the halls, freeway is really loud , floors are not mopped. spilled some water on the ground and when wiping it clean the rag was black. I called to complain at the front desk and they did absolutely nothing to help me. Im so exhausted from this stay not worth the 250 i paid.

Pros:

It was updated and appeared to be clean.

Cons:

I found an empty beer bottle behind a chair in my room. It made me question whether anyone had vacuumed the room since the last visitor and what else wasn’t thoroughly cleaned.
