これまで何度か貴社のサイト通じ予約して来ましたが、今回は最悪でした。現在も貴社サイトで検索するとこの　SAZI AMILA
Cons:

１．予約時部屋の条件として Randmark View / City View と書かれてあったのに部屋（102号室）には窓は一つも無かった。２．同様条件にはテレビ / 薄型テレビとあったのにテレビがなかった。３．衣服を収納する棚も無かった。４．冷蔵庫は小さなものがただ床に置かれていた。５．滞在中部屋のクリーニングは一切無かった。６．タオルはバスタオル２枚のみで滞在中一切交換も無かった。６．部屋は薄汚くとても居心地が悪かった。７．ロケーションは高島屋のすぐ裏なので問題ないだろうと思ったが、隣も周囲一帯ゴーゴーバーの立ち並ぶ地域で、夜になるとゴーゴーバー嬢が大勢店の前に座っているようなところでやや薄気味悪かった。夜中にはゴーゴーバーの音楽が部屋の中までドンドン響きうるさくてよく眠れなかった。８．決済条件では４泊 = VND5,246,280 のうちチェックイン５日前に５０％前金をチャージするとのことだったが、前金は何故か VND 1,000,000 を引き落としたとのことだった？そしてチェックイン時に残金 VND4,246,280 を支払ったがカード決済は 3% の手数料掛かるとのことで結局 VND4,374,000 をカード決済した。現時点カード引き落としの全額確認できていないが、何とも不明朗な会計だった。以上のように余りに居心地悪く、また危ない感じもしたので 3月5日～9日の４泊予約したがそこはもう 2 泊で切り上げ、7日＆8日は別のホテルに移動した（Agodaで予約）。予約時条件と全く違う劣悪な部屋に入らされ、挙句に別のホテルに移らなければならなかった原因は貴社 Booking .com 殿の予約情報管理の問題ではと考えます。貴社のお考えをお聞かせください。実態状況に関しては写真などで記録しております。
