Pros:

We stayed here for multiple weekends. The stay is just okay, and the breakfast is very simple—nothing special.

Customer service was disappointing. After accidentally booking one reservation for the wrong weekend, we asked to move the dates, but the request was declined despite being repeat guests.

Because of this, we’ve decided to stay at other hotels in the area for the rest of the season.

Great family hotel
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great lighting options. My favorite is that the windows slide open and the fresh mountain air was wonderful.

They did not seem to enjoy their job, and we did not feel as if they actually wanted us to stay there.

Pros:

Property is well lit and in a good neighborhood. The only downside is that the property uses scented laundry detergent and we are scent sensitive. It was an issue and I am glad we were only there one night.

Okay but not great!
Pros:

The outdoor hot tub was under construction. I wish we knew that in advance. The indoor hot tub didn't work properly and no one knew how to operate it. The pool was freezing cold. Staff was friendly but we will probably not stay here again.

Pros:

The carpet was bad and made my feet tingle - allergy to product used there perhaps. Hole in the top blanket, floor not totally clean. Wouldn’t stay here again.
But spectacular views!

Pros:

This location is wonderful. easy access to the highway and route 7. Up to Loveland pass or any ski areas in no time. We were disappointed that the outdoor hot tub was under renovation, but the indoor one was nice and hot and the pool and tub were clean. spacious room, good breakfast

Noisy after 10pm.. early start. If a curfew of 10pm quiet request will be great
