The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is convenient to 1-95 and close to all the necessities and a short drive from our favorite beaches.
The property has gone down hill. It's like it got taken over by a New England land lord. Rotted out dry wall, terrible caulk jobs, stained carpet., car air fresheners on the hall vents. The rooms were dated, but clean. The common areas were not. This place is in need of a renovation. St Augustine is a family favorite for weekend getaways and this property has been our go-to. We were truly disappointed with the condition, especially for the price. This will be the last time we stay here.
Good location very clean easy access
The hotel did have a problem with their fire alarm going off in the middle of the night and also in the morning hours. We did lose a little bit of sleep.
The ladies at check on are wonderful! Very friendly and helpful!! Can't say enough great things about them.
The room was nice. Really like the flooring in place of carpet.
The room was relatively clean but there was a slight musty smell and some mold in the closet on the ceiling.
Would have liked another chair in the room.

Rundown property not up to Holiday Inn standards. Hot water in the shower would have been nice. Housekeeping did not clean the room at all.
The room needs some serious overall maintenance starting with the heavily worn down falling apart toilet seat. The shower hardware was loose. The AC unit rattled loudly for one minute every time it cycled on. I expected a better experience!
Came down to enjoy some sunshine and the charm of this old city with our grandkids! We have already booked next years trip such a lovely staff!!
Unser Aufenthalt im Holiday Inn in St. Augustine, USA, war einfach hervorragend. Schon beim Empfang wurden wir sehr herzlich und freundlich begrüßt. Das Personal war aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und professionell.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut – frisch, vielfältig und liebevoll vorbereitet. Es gab eine große Auswahl, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war.
Auch der Service insgesamt war ausgezeichnet. Das Team war stets freundlich, schnell und bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! 😊

Nothing
Fire alarm went off for the second time that day and they did not address the issue. Went off at 11:30 PM and continued for over an hour. Finally had to shut down the sprinkler system to stop the siren. We packed up and lefy.
Truth is, none of these budget hotels are going to be 4-5 stars. It’s a matter of finding one that is just fine for one night. Yes everything is old and unappealing from top to bottom but it’s a bed, shower, and TV. Get up and move on.
Place is run down, rooms are filthy.
From hallways to the guest rooms, hotel has to be gutted!
