It’s fine for a night
Pros:

Truth is, none of these budget hotels are going to be 4-5 stars. It’s a matter of finding one that is just fine for one night. Yes everything is old and unappealing from top to bottom but it’s a bed, shower, and TV. Get up and move on.

Pros:

Place is run down, rooms are filthy.
From hallways to the guest rooms, hotel has to be gutted!

Pros:

My room was excellent. Staff was great. Nice girl with the nose piercing was very friendly. I would recommend anyone stay here.

The staff was nice but the rooms was horrible, smelly and I BOOKED AND PAID FOR 2 ROOMS NICE KING SIZE BEDS AND CLOSE TO

The outdoor area was nice

Cons:

The pictures are deceiving, of rooms and building are smelly and musky, false advertisement free breakfast not you have to pay $16 . We decided to go home the next morning

Comfortable accommodations and very friendly, helpful staff!
Pros:

The location is perfectly situated by the freeway but doesn't have the noise. The staff are friendly and highly accommodating. The suite had everything we needed and was comfortable.

Cons:

It would have been perfect if the suite was on the first floor but the hotel isn't designed that way. All in all, there was nothing to complain about.

Pros:

We did not have breakfast

Cons:

The bathroom toilet was wayyyyyyyyyyy too low. had to use the door to get off. The renovation of the room was perhaps the worst I have ever seen. The workmanship was totally unacceptable.

Pros:

The location was great. It was quick to Interstate 95 yet not far from historic St Augustine

Cons:

The only bad experience was the room above ours overflowed the tub and it leaked down into our bathroom. The water made quite the mess, but it was quickly resolved by a wonderful staff member. Not ideal but accidents happen and the staff eagerly resolved the situation
