Great place to stay if you're going to be out and about with quick access to two metro subways.
Pros:

They had an air conditioning unit in the room so you could choose if you wanted the room to be hot or cold. They do provide some necessary amenities. I didn't have issues with not getting hot water even at night. It's close to a bunch of stores and restaurants (local and some big chain stores). Starbucks is like a 15 min walk away. It's inbetween two metro subway stations, both of which are 15 min walks away from the east and west depending on where you need to go (Hidalgo and Revolución). They serve breakfast for free from 8 am till 12 pm which is a good enough window to get ready and still have a homey breakfast without leaving the hotel. It's def got mom and pop shop vibes which is nice. They do close the doors at 1 am so that's something you should know in case you're planning on hanging out late. Friendly staff. Clean and generally a calm place to be at. Great price for what you get.

Cons:

The rooms are pretty close to each other so you can hear people talking or showering from the rooms around you. If you're a light sleeper, you should def bring some ear plugs. The street noise can also be a bit loud like police sirens and or emergency vehicles. The room I was in was a pretty good size for myself but it might be a bit too small for a couple.

Había mucha luz dentro de la habitación, tanto por un foco de color verde que era muy fuerte, que entraba por la puerta y ventanas, pese a que estaba todo cerrado y tapado, más a parte que entraba el ruido, se podía escuchar todo y casi no se pudo dormir

Inseguro y las fotos en booking no están acorde a la realidad

lo único bueno fue la atención de un joven venezolano y una Sra de mayor edad.

Cons:

El pésimo trato de la recepcionista , una señorita (media gordita) que no fue nada amable ni sensible al vernos muriendo de frío a mí y a mi menor hijo cuando llegamos y nos mandó a esperar a una sala de espera donde entraba todo el aire helado, a pesar que le dijimos que moríamos de frío ni siquiera nos ofreció una manta o algo caliente. Fue muy malcriada y solo se preocupaba por armar unas piezas de un cuadro personal.
