Proche du centre ville a pied, des randonnées accessibles directement depuis l hôtel. 10/10

What a find. This hotel is on the edge of Ille Rousse but only a 15 minute walk into town for the restaurants. But why would you go when the food is superb and not as expensive as the city. Our Prestige Room was spacious, the bed comfortable and there was a kettle and mini fridge. The pool was divine - like slipping into silk. The staff were lovely - couldn't do enough to may your stay brilliant.

Such a lovely place! We chose the Chamber Privilége because we wanted a balcony with a best possible view for our short trip. And we weren't disappointed - the view was spectacular - from our lounge chairs we could see the water, mountains, as well the hotel's beautiful pool . Beauty was everywhere, inside and out. Our second floor room was spacious, stylish, and calm. Especially loved the drapery fabric and thoughtful lighting, though everything was enjoyable. Otherwise, the beds were comfy, linens lovely, seating area comfortable, with a generous washroom outfitted with nice products and cozy robes (the only thing missing was a coffee machine). Downstairs the bar area had the same stylish and relaxing vibe. We visited during off-season, and had only one dinner there, which we ate outside. Unfortunately it wasn't very good - the food was cold and overcooked. Because we were one of the very few diners, I'm guessing we were the product of an 'end of season off-night'. The young girls working in the bar couldn't have been nicer, and they made up for the not-so-great food. The front desk staff was hit and miss - our reception was indifferent and desk service occasionally cold. Luckily there were other staff members who made up for our unwelcome welcome. The city and beach are within walking distance from the hotel. Although it's a short-ish walk, it's not a very pretty walk and the hotel felt a little on the edge of town. Not a big deal - taxis are plentiful if required. Overall it was a gorgeous sanctuary, and we had a wonderful stay.

My niece and I recently spent 7 wonderful nights in this delightful hotel just outside the town of L'Ile Rousse, Corsica. It is a little gem set amongst lovely gardens and with fabulous views of the mountains. The rooms are light and airy, the pool area has sun loungers, umbrellas and towels and the breakfast buffet is lovely. The staff are very helpful and so friendly and helped us with our limited French. We would like to thank all the staff for a wonderful stay mentioning especially Helene (for a wonderful welcome) Veronique (who made fabulous coffee) Norah (who cleaned our room beautifully) and Felicia and Lea (from the bar) many apologies if i have missed anyone. This hotel has everything you need for a fabulous holiday, we hope to return one day soon. Check it out , your wont be disappointed.

Très bel hôtel, jolies chambres très confortables, aménagement extérieur de bon goût.

Excellent property. Parking available. And the location was within walking dostance to the city.

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly and when there was a slight hiccup with the booking on arrival, Helena sorted it out well with a smile and reassurance.

The breakfasts were lovely and a 10-15 minute walk takes you down to lovely beaches, bars, restaurants etc. with the clearest blue seas I've ever seen.

Overall the hotel was excellent in all respects.

Gorgeous, family-run hotel with an amazing pool just a quick 5 mins drive from the main town square. We loved it so much, we spent our first day just relaxing by the pool, followed by a lovely dinner and night cap. Service was incredible from start to finish!

My favorite hotel experience ever. Special thank you to Helene (spelling?) from Puglia who helped us book a rental car, plan excursions, and even booked me a nail appointment in Calvi AND picked my boyfriend up with all our suitcases when we had some difficulties finding the hotel. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, breakfast on the terrace is lovely, the pool divine...and the restaurant was fantastic for my birthday dinner. Will hopefully be making it back here every year to celebrate!

I just left Hotel Villa Josephine and was well taken care of, special hats off to Elena from Russia and Helene from Puglia. Elena sat with me for hours helping me plan a new trip when Corsica Ferries canceled my boat. The hotel has a beautiful pool with nice towels. The night adorable little man, unfortunately didn’t catch his name, will bring you absolutely anything you need. It’s a cute room with a nice terrace. You can walk to town in 20 minutes and take the train to the beaches or Calvi. You will be very happy at this hotel! Much love from CK NYC!

Fantastic! We were so sad to leave! The staff was incredibly friendly, the pool area was an oasis. The town is really cute and convenient to wonderful beaches. We felt both at home and somewhere special.

Spent our first few days in north Corsica here, staff very friendly and helpful - including organising a 4x4 excursion to Lotu and Saleccia beaches (definitely worth a visit!).

Room was clean and internet worked well. The rooms are maybe a bit dated but tie in nicely with the landscape and vibe. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded on arrival to a larger terrace overlooking an amazing view.

The pool was immaculate and well sheltered from the northern winds, as is the restaurant area WHICH YOU MUST GO TO!

Our meal at the restaurant for dinner was one of the best we had in our two-week trip around Provence and Corsica. We started with nice drinks on the terrace and complimentary olives before moving into the outdoor dining area.

Would highly recommend the calamari carbonara (it’s rich but so unique and well portioned, next level!) and the fish was cooked perfectly for my pescatarian partner (who is not easy to please).

Overall if you’re looking for a good northern base, this is definitely a solid hotel choice with the benefit of the pool, view and exceptional restaurant. (Note - we didn’t partake in breakfast so can’t comment on what that is like)

We spent a really nice 3 nights at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the room was really nice, with an extremely comfortable bed and wonderful balcony overlooking the mountains. It was easy walking distance to the centre of Île Rousse. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Brand new hotel perfectly located on the edge of L’Ile Rousse, offering breathtaking mountain views from the pool area while the shops and restaurants are at walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Ghjunchitu and Bodri are just a couple of minutes away by car. Breakfast is delicious and the buffet offers plenty of choice. I would recommend their half board as dinner in this hotel is a fine dining experience in a beautiful setting. Last but not least the staff are very kind and helpful. The owners work in the hotel.
