Location and room size
Television was very slow to change channels
The staff were very helpful and friendly
We had to change rooms because the first one was dirty. The overall cleanliness of the place was not good.

Everything, especially the high spirited, hardworking, professional staff. The art of the front desk staff coordinating Sunday breakfast, people checking out, the coffee station area was FLAWLESS!!

That I couldn’t stay longer for the same price
Room was decent. Staff were okay
There was a lot of dust and dirt behind the bedding and at the bottom. The breakfast was mediocre. And staff were okay. Not super friendly. The elevators were down on our last day and I had to carry all of our stuff and my handicap son down 4 flights of stairs being 30 weeks pregnant. Not ideal at all.
