The location felt safe and was easily accessible. We were traveling with a full cooler and the front desk was willing to freeze our ice packs, so we really appreciated that. The room itself seemed clean enough at first walk through not to leave. There was a small workout room (the word gym would be too generous), and pool, but we didn't have time to use them.
Our room was really crowded when using the hide-a-bed. Even before pulling it out, the hide-a-bed couch was visibly worn out. The hide-a-bed mattress was disgustingly stained and very thin. It was late and we were exhausted, or I would have asked for a different room - I had to trust that the bedding was clean enough to protect my teen, which is a gross thought when sleeping in a hotel. The next morning my teen said there was only one section of the bed that they could sleep on or there were springs poking them in the back. The carpet appeared clean but when we walked barefoot our feet felt super grimy like we were picking up a coating of some sort. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The eggs were definitely the powdered kind. We have gluten and dairy allergies so the weird eggs and sausage were our only options. The coffee was very weak. We planned to stay on our return trip home but cancelled Comfort Suites Keeneland and spent $42 more and drove 15 minutes further to stay in a higher quality hotel. It was worth it on every level - space, cleanliness, and food quality. Sorry Comfort, we typically like you a lot. We have a family of five with teens and your suites with 2 queens and a hide-a-bed are usually a good fit for our family. You've gotten LOTS of business from us over the years and typically been our first place to check when traveling, but after this we'll be looking at reviews MUCH more skeptically before giving your company any future business. Apparently spending a bit more is worth it. We're really disappointed.

This is the first time out of multiple stays at the property that we encountered almost zero shower pressure.
Easy location, close to food.
Bathrooms outdated/poorly refinished, lights and outlets not working. Other than the make your own waffles, breakfast is poor quality/cheap. Will not stay again.
Very convenient location; excellent breakfast; helpful staff; clean and comfortable rooms; reasonable price. We really appreciated the lemon water available in the lobby at all times. That's a nice touch.
Our room felt very humid and started to smell a little like a swamp. The A/C was working, but there must've been something wrong with the condenser. It was hard to get comfortable in the room. I should've told the staff sooner, as we were there two nights. But they said they'd take a look when we informed them upon checkout.
The location in Keeneland is very good. There are lots of activities in the neighborhood including a Country Blue Grass Jamboree. Just a few blocks from the hotel, so the music venue was easy to find. And it was a nice family location.
The hotel room was well furnished and large. We ended up staying two nights there instead of the originally planned one. It was convenient, and good for our early departure toward Texas.

Location was good , several restaurants very close.Minutes from the airport where I was supposed to fly in a unique aircraft.
Bathtub was very slick! Overall hole was a bit tired , ready for an Updste.
My room was on the 4th floor, quiet and newly updated room.
The location was central to the interstate, shops, gas station and restaraunts. You are directly south of downtown and I was not far from where I needed to be during my visit. This location is MUCH nicer compared to the same chain hotel across town in Hamburg. Will stay again
I disliked nothing about my stay.
I appreciated that the stairwell and elevators didn't smell of por or cigarette smoke like most hotels.
Was clean and staff was friendly.
The bathroom could use a new toilet paper holder but otherwise was nice and clean.
