My room had a heater without a cover. The cover was on the floor, to the side. Open wires on the heater, and a thermostat dangling from the wall, with open wires.

Overall is ok. But next time I will try the other hotel instead. The noise annoyed my head and ear.

The noise of the bathroom fan. The noise of the room AC. The brokenness Of the elevator and the inconvenience to move the luggages. The room k-cup machine is not working.

Would not stay here unless I had no other option!
Pros:

primarily the location and cleanliness. Dove bath supplies was good.

Cons:

Staff was rather cold, limited conversation and not very accommodating. Breakfast was subpar. Coffee was not that good. super thin walls! We could clearly hear every conversation our neighboring room was having. Could hear the shower running in other rooms while walking the corridor!
