Clean and Confortable stay.
Pros:

Comfortable room, clean spaces, the breakfast was good, the same as in all hotels, enough to star a day at the beach. The view from the hotel deck is my favorite part; it's beautiful.

Cons:

Nothing, I like everything.

Pros:

The property has always been one of the best hotels on the island and never disappoints. I've stayed at the hotel 6-8+ times over the past 10 years. Large clean modern rooms and great staff.

Cons:

Cost was on the high side for the rooms but it's a very nice property and it's the high tourist season being early August. The view of the back bay from the larger rooms is fantastic and the sunsets are incredible! The cost for similar rooms in busy Ocean City, MD about 50 miles to the north is considerably higher.

Overall a vacation to remember.
Pros:

Amenities, pricing, view, staff, breakfast, everything exceptional!

Cons:

At the time of our stay the hotel roof was under maintenance. The banging early in the morning into past dinner time was not ideal but the staff was extremely apologetic and did their best to make sure the rest of our stay was comfortable.

Central location to everything in Chincoteague, but not quite up to par.
Pros:

Great, central location. Scenic views from Bay view room. Loved the balcony. Outdoor pool was very nice. Complimentary breakfast was welcomed.

Cons:

Indoor pool was not good; very poor ventilation led to excessive chlorine in the air. Parking is a bit limited. If you don’t return to the hotel by 9 p.m., then you might not be able to park on-site. Housekeeping skipped our room one day, which was disappointing. The front desk seemed to blame us, even though we explained that we did not leave the DND placard on our door. The hotel calls itself a “resort,” but this is a misnomer because there is no restaurant, no bar, and no resort-like amenities. There’s a pool, a tiny gym, and that’s about it.
