Pros:

The breakfast was only fair but we had a meeting and could not fully stay. There was no milk or chocolate packets there.

Pros:

Breakfast ok for hotel breakfast, location good.

Cons:

I was charged $60 for damaged stained comforter. There is no way I damaged a comforter. I was the only one in the room and never ate in room and only drank water and coffee and was gone all day. The only thing I can think of is it was on the bed I didn't sleep in and didn't notice prior to check in, this comforter was not from my room, or the maid spilled something and didn't want to get in trouble. No way did I put this stain on the comforter!!!

This hotel is horrible and has ZERO customer service or care, and a manager that is not there or isn't available anytime you ask for him.
We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Deland FL, and on our very first night only a few hours after check in, our $4,000 trailer was stolen right out of the parking lot, along with a $300 tool box and about $1000 of tools locked in it. We were TOLD to park our trailer in the side lot, we were TOLD it was perfectly safe, we were TOLD we couldn't park it in the main lot, we were TOLD there were cameras there..... a few hours later, the trailer was gone, and guess what, NO CAMERAS IN THAT AREA, how convenient. Only horrible camera view was one that wasn't pointing in that lot, it was for another lot but picked up a small portion of the entrance to the hotel, on that video the only thing you could almost make out was there was a black truck that pulled out with a trailer, a completely useless video. You would think after TELLING US what to MUST do with our trailer and it getting stolen, the hotel would have some compassion and maybe comp our rooms, but no, why would they do that....they don't want to lose any money. They obviously have zero customer service and only cater to worthless criminals and serve up items for them to steal. We had to buy another trailer while there, and after all of this costing us nearly 10k, we decided we couldn't stay any longer and left 2 days early..... and you guessed it, they wouldn't even comp the days we had to leave early, we were told the manager would have to do it.....which again we asked for and he wasn't there or available.

2 days after it happened (stolen Sunday morning) I finally found an email for the GM on Tuesday and told him about this situation, his email back read like it was the first he was hearing about it and he needed to look into it....

Horrible Customer Care
