Beginning June 15, 2026 we will be doing a renovation of our elevator. This should last approximately 2 weeks. During this time, we will be trying to keep as many guests on the 1st floor as we can.
If a guest wants a higher floor, those rooms are still available, but will require the guest to use the stairs. We will have staff available to help with luggage for guests on the higher floors.
The elevator is currently out of service for renovations and will remain unavailable until August 31. We can assist with carrying luggage upstairs if needed. If you require a first-floor room due to mobility concerns, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

They put us in a room that was next to a room that had a loud fan going all night.
Couldn't sleep at all & found out that fan was on to dry out the room which had a toilet overflow the day before our arrival

I am handicapped they had no handicap rooms. The AC was not working in the elevator was not working for them to charge 200 and something dollars.
