Great location, adequate breakfast.
The suite was a cool setup, with two floors. The bed was INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE, rivaling a certain "heavenly" bed advertised by another hotel chain.
The carpet in our suite was very outdated, stained, and every time I crossed the room, my ankles and feet were tangled in hair. It was very off-putting. Our upstairs TV had no signal, so watching had to be done downstairs. The breakfast was less impressive than most chain hotels. The elevator was very slow, and the stairs didn't allow for access to all the floors.
We were greeted warmly by Amanda (staff member) who was engaging and welcoming. When we needed assistance from the facilities staff, they arrived immediately and were kind and professional. We were staying with extended family, and the breakfast area accommodated all of us and was comfortable and had seats for everyone.
Friendly staff. Nice spot on the River, and good breakfast.
Dinner was just ok.
The room was great. We had a bedroom up and a pull out couch down. Perfect for grandparents with grandkids. The breakfast was quite good. We had a view of the river.
The facility needs a major facelift. Old and outdated. Old grey carpet throughout hallways. Old carpet in rooms. Chipping paint everywhere. Old furniture. Also bugs and flies in rooms.
Close to highway
It was really in rough shape. Needs a complete renovation. One of the queen beds had popcorn under the covers. The shower curtain had mold I. It. The carpet was really stained and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. Yuck.
Not one thing was great.
Our room was filthy, it stunk like stale cigarettes and antiseptic. I addressed it to the front desk and their solution was to spray a room spray.
Clean property and friendly helpful staff
The day I left.
The breakfast was horrible, the housekeeping was terrible. The bloody blanket is my room was not removed like they stated it would be I had to hand deliver it. Nothing stocked in the rooms had to go to the front desk, the room was not cleaned properly. Very dirty. Only reason we had to stay is the Radison didn't have 18 consecutive days only this dirty place. Drugged out zombies roam the parking lot, homeless people urinate in the parking lot. It's located in the ghetto. Don't waste your money it's not worth it. The same old tiring breakfast each and everyday, powdered scrambled eggs, burnt potatoes, and nasty sausage links.
Had a problem with Booking. Did not pay hotel enough for stay. Michelle worked hard to address and took care of this. Had pulled pork sandwiches after 5 for all. Amenities were Great . In downtown area.
We liked everthing
Hotel was easy to find, nice outside appearance, loved the lobby decor,very clean inside appearance. Check in was easy. Staff on all shifts were super nice and welcoming. Room was very clean. Enjoyed the little river view. Beds were firm but comfortable and clean. Had a lovely nights sleep. The pull out sofa in room 322 could probably use a new mattress. It’s getting a little flat and feeling the springs starting to push through.
The restaurant was a nice surprise!! And the food was very good!! Wish it had a few more handheld options and that it was updated on the website as it appears to be a changing menu.
The pool is small, didn’t get to use due to a birthday party or something taking over but it appeared to be in good condition and clean. The laundry room is nice and I appreciate it having to option to pay without coins!!
The maids forgot to clean our room one day but the front desk staff was polite and fast on taking the dirty towels and getting us new ones.
The only real complaint is breakfast. It doesn’t start until 7:00, which if you’re a sports family that has to be at the sports park by 7:30 this really doesn’t work out. If there had been some premade biscuit sandwiches like we have had at other places that would have worked out great with a late breakfast.
We did get to experience the breakfast on the last day of our stay and I regrettably have to say it was horrible. The eggs (which I know are powder and it’s fine) were not made well- didn’t stir enough to mix the powder and they were mushy with a powder residue. The gravy was watery runny, the sausage links were over cooked. The biscuits were good. Maybe it was just an off day. Despite the breakfast letdown , we really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely plan to stay here again at our next tournament in this town.

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I love the location. For a large hotel it is very quiet, the room overlooks the river, watching the fireworks from our room was the best ever
I didn't like that everyday the breakfast was the same. The only variation was they added biscuits and gravy every other day. They advertise a spa on their site, there isn't one just a gym and a pool. After driving and staying in different motels after driving 2k miles a hot tub at your last destination would have been wonderful . The cleaning crew for the rooms are not very efficient. They do not vacuum, they replace shower soap, towels, and left dirty towels behind in our room. The empty Kleenex boxes were not refilled, no bathroom paper was left when we had very little on the roll, no hand soap was left after we used ours that was in the room when we arrived , I had to go down to the front desk and ask for it.
