Pros:

Les choix de nourriture au petit-déjeuner étaient variés.
Nous sommes arrivées au milieu de la nuit et l'accueil a été très sympathique et agréable. Cela a été très apprécié.

no water for a day but pay the full rate anyways
Pros:

Usually a good hotel but this time they FORGOT to mention that there would be NO water available 9 AM to 4 PM on one day of my stay. And that my room would still not be cleaned by 5:30 PM.

What they did NOT forget to do was charge me the FULL daily rate nevertheless. I am not impressed

Pros:

Nous avons été accueilli par une personne souriante et courtoise, la chambre était propre, bien divisée et d'une façon pratique pour une famille avec un lit escamotable et une cuisine en plus nous avions le déjeuner compris. L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme avec une belle vue et tout ça pour seulement 113$ taxes incluses je vous le recommande fortement.

Personnel souriant et aidant. Suite confortable, lit douillet, literie et serviettes en bonne quantité, ascenseur un atout. Vue sur le fleuve magnifique et de même que la basilique Notre-Dame.de Beaupré Site idéal pour jeune famille, situation géographique idéale. J'ai adoré l'équipement. On s'y sent chez soi Je recommande! De plus, des rénovations majeures débuteront sous peu.

Cons:

Il y a une pancarte dans la cuisinette qui vous demande de laver votre vaisselle mais il n'y a pas d'eau chaude.
