Cons:

Absolutely nothing! Management sucks, they have rats. Wouldn’t give me my money back.

Overall it was a positive experience, I felt secure, the reception were warm and helpful.
Pros:

I like that Denise did her best to accommodate me when I arrived earlier than my check-in time understanding I've traveled far to be there, I appreciate her for that, great customer service! The location of the property is very very good, it's on Makati Ave making it close to everywhere that I needed, malls, banks, restaurants, and especially beside Centuria Medical Center which is the reason why I booked the place because of my surgery I needed a cozy recovery place and the room did just that. Cleaner comes once a week, they were nice and my requests were acted upon fairly quickly which is good.

Cons:

It's not that I didn't like anything, it was a good experience the room has everything I needed, it's more of a suggestion for the cooking pans to be changed because they're not induction-friendly I had to buy my own for me to able to cook, everything else is good. The garbage under the sink gets stinky real fast which was probably aggravated by the piping, I'm not a plumber so I'm not sure what's causing it, I don't really know but I didn't feel comfortable with the awful smell every time I opened the cabinet door, they should change the garbage bin to one with cover to reduce the smell and it's not GotoPhi's fault it must be a condo/apartment thing I suggest it should be raised to the management of the property also because even in the toilet the sewerage smell is very strong at times.
