Pros:

Comfortable beds and easy to access

Cons:

There were guests sitting in the lobby when I got to the hotel to check in. They were loud and obnoxious. Those same guests had children running up and down the halls and screaming all morning. They were running outside our windows at night and there were also people sitting in front of the building one of the nights. Our room was 103- we heard everything while they were partying. I wish staff would have set a quiet hour or said something to the parents. I could t even hear the person at the desk when I was trying to check in. I struggled to hear any of what was going on- staff just let it happen.

Also, the door didn’t latch without really pushing on it or pulling it shut hard. We left one of the days and came back and our door wasn’t fully closed. Someone could have entered our room. If you look at the door from the inside of the room it’s crooked. When you leave a room the door is securely slam behind you- all hotels are like this. Our door didn’t do that at all.

Not much too like! Everything is ran down. Poor management that quit.

Cons:

Lack of housekeeping, did my own room and towels.
No, pool! Can't find no one fix it from draining. Breakfast was a joke if staff even made it at all.
Mice feces in breakfast area. Overpriced and nothing clean.

Pool not working ,bath tub was clogged, room smells like smoke.I had my kids with me and I expected a room that is smoke free it was like we were all smoking in the room.The staffs were nice though.

Laundry stopped working in the middle of wash cycle so the front desk has to put it in the industrial hotel machine to finish washing and drying, pool was dirty, appliances in the room was dusty, an we were placed in a room that was in the hallway next to a door so everytime ppl came in or ledge we would hear it an feel the door slam..

Highly recommend staying here in the Oskaloosa area!
Pros:

Logan and his team did a phenomenal job making our stay amazing. Very accommodating, friendly and clean. Logan , Macy and Kota went above and beyond and make our stay memorable, definitely will be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the area. Don’t let some of these other comments cloud your judgement! 10/10 recommend staying here! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced! And the beds will make you want to take it home with you!
