Cons:

Needs more healthy food for breakfast. Better brands. Or specify some food ingredients to know what are you eating. Very cheap quality.
King bed was good but the sofa bed was awful. It’s like sleep on a bed of nails, you can feel the springs in your back!

Nice stay for the night clean room and areas through out hotel

Pool was open
Was able to use the dining area for pizza dinner rather than trying to eat in our room. Staff asked if we needed anything while we enjoyed our dinner. Outside patio area worked great to socialize with those in our travel group as well as other guest who sat and chatted with us.
Room worked out perfectly for the 5 of us.

Cons:

Did have a smell but didn’t become bothersome as it was mostly in hallways

Our stay was very comfortable and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Didn't like that you could not take any food back to room. Also, when you come in late most of the open parking is in the rear. A little uneasy for women.

Cons:

Strong "human" odor in the room and bathroom with waste/sewage water odor coming from the washbasin. Overall bad experience. The 7.x qualification is way higher than the actual experience. To be used as last resort at all.

El personal de la recepción, frío y de mal carácter, tanto el de entrada como el de salida. Lo peor de todo es que llegué a las 12:30 para hacer el registro y me dijeron que no, que hasta las 3 p. m. Cuando regresé a las 4 p. m., me dijeron que no tenían mi habitación, que se había agotado, y me dieron una de menor calidad y precio, y con mala cara.
