It was amazing
Pros:

It was really nice room was clean and tidy. Loved the amenities. The shower was amazing

It was what I wanted and met expectations.
Pros:

The location is good. I was close to most everything. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The smell of the room was peculiar. It had a smell that I can't put into words. It was akin to something being scorched. That was my only complaint.

It was ok. Wouldn’t stay here again until pool is felt with
Pros:

The employees were great. The room wasn’t horrible, but could have been better.

Cons:

The pool great. BUT the fact that the windows into the lobby look directly into the pool made us so uncomfortable. My daughter and I were swimming and these men were just starring at us. It made us do uncomfortable, we went back to our room. Maybe frost the windows or something.

Front desk customer attentiveness
Pros:

The facility was clean and I really enjoyed the spacious king room. Very nice facility.

Cons:

The front desk staff could be more attentive with guests during check-in and checkout. I wanted to use my cash on hand for payment. It's ok if that wasn't available, however, the transaction was completed before I would have gotten a response anyway. At checkout, I walked to the front desk to turn in my key. The attendant took the room key, and then I stood waiting for a response and there wasn't any acknowledgement at all.

I continue to wait to ensure that I didn't need anything else or to receive a receipt, and still no response from the front desk staff. A lady staff member entered from the room behind the front desk and began talking to the guy that had just received my room key, about another booking and he needed to go back and look at extending the dates of this other account, all while I'm still standing in front of them, waiting for a response about my room stay or if I'm free to leave or not. The lady glanced at me, but continued speaking to the guy working the front desk, then walked away back to the room behind the front desk. I'm still standing there quietly to see if I'm acknowledged at all. By this time my wife walks up and asked what I waiting on. I told her just wanted to be sure I can leave. I had handed the guy my key.

Finally, I asked the staff guy if I was ok to go, and he looked at me for the first time since handing him my key and said, oh— yes sir!... I wasn't offered a receipt nor asked about anything related to my overnight stay. Maybe I'm overthinking this. I'm used to perhaps at least getting feedback about my stay or a receipt or something before bolting out the door.

I understand it was just one night. I was going to request another night. But then at that point, It seemed unimportant! So, my wife and I left. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and our first time ever staying in Boon since our Wedding night 30 years earlier in 1996.

I would definitely stay here again. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quaint.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the location was nice. Everything was perfect our one night stay.

Cons:

There was an odor in the first floor hallway that smelled of cigarettes. Some of our room could have used better cleaning in certain areas. For example the skirt around the bed had something white all over it. The table in between our two beds had a pile of dust behind it.

Overall stay was great. The location fit perfectly with our trip
Pros:

breakfast was excellent with many choices. All items were cooked well...not over or undercooked. Staff kept all items filled so there was no waiting for any food item

Cons:

The bathroom vanity was a small item...maybe 18" x 18". For 2 adults with plenty of toiletries this was definitely not large enough. With a different arrangement of toilet and vanity a larger unit would fit with no problem

I enjoyed your facillity and will use it again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. I also appreciated the staff allowing me to practice my instrument late night in a secured meeting room. I had a great conversation with the front desk attendants as well.
