Pros:

The staff were kind, welcoming, and efficient. Ms. Gwen was a delight to see upon our arrival and told us the best places to eat and have fun. The indoor pool was awesome and it was nice to have the towels color coded between room and pool towels. In the morning the breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were loving and hard working. When we return to Boone in the future, we will definitely be booking this hotel again.

Fun 2 night stay in Boone.
Pros:

Room was clean and very large. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good with lots of options. Price was a good value. Location was great. The lobby is warm and inviting. Will definitely be staying here again next time in Boone.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful...no complaints.
